
Release Fear Of Uncertainty
This is a guided practice for releasing fear of uncertainty and developing a stronger sense of self. Just sit back relax and listen in any time of anxiety about the future. Please do not listen while driving or doing anything that requires your outward attention.
Transcript
This track contains the use of hypnotherapy.
Just make sure you're in a safe space and you're not attending to anything that requires your attention,
Like driving or operating any heavy machinery.
Do this when you can give it your full attention.
It's ideal if you're in a bed sitting upright or on a sofa.
Close your eyes.
And listen to the sound of my voice.
Because you can decide today to follow these words to enjoy a feeling of deep relaxation,
A feeling of trance,
The state of hypnosis today that can range from drifting attention to deep relaxation.
Even if your attention seems to wander,
My voice will go with you.
You may drift away from the specific words and drift into the spirit of the words for you.
My voice will go with you.
You don't have to seem to hear or remember every word because you can hear everything you need to hear and now.
You don't have to try.
Just allow yourself to be open.
Begin by taking three consciously deeper breaths,
Breathing in deep and slow.
And exhale,
Release and let go.
Breathing in deeper and slower.
And exhale,
Release and letting go.
Breathing in even deeper and slower.
And on exhale,
Releasing and letting go even more.
That's right,
With each breath deeper and deeper because you can tell your body to breathe calm and relaxed.
So as your body relaxes,
Your mind relaxes and your breathing and relaxation continues automatically all by itself.
Now begin to roll your eyes upward.
Your eyelids are closed,
But your eyes are looking all the way inward and upward.
Just between your eyebrows and slightly above.
Keeping your eyes glued.
Take another deep breath in and a complete breath out.
And you may notice that your eyelids are fluttering a little bit.
And that's a very good sign.
Keep your eyes inward and upward,
Looking slightly above your eyebrow center.
Right on your forehead as you take another deep breath in.
And a complete breath out.
And one more time,
Keep your eyes focused there.
And this time,
As you exhale,
Relax your eyes and feel your whole face relax.
That is hypnosis coming upon you.
Continue to breathe easily and effortlessly,
Automatically.
I want you to forget all about your eyes as they get that heavy,
Droopy,
Dreamy feeling in and around your eyes.
So that the skin across your face can begin to soften in just the right way for you.
You can lower your chin just enough so you can just let go all the way down.
Even deeper.
And now imagine,
Visualize,
Or feel a light flowing down and through the top of your head.
A healing,
Loving,
Wise,
And intelligent light energy that can bring peace to every molecule in your body.
And if you feel connected to any guides,
You can call upon your guides now.
Calling upon your guides to show you the way.
Let that light flow into your body.
You could imagine a color or soft white.
Let the light flow into your face and jaw.
Let the light flow into your neck and throat.
So your whole head fills with this healing,
Loving,
Wise light energy that can surround you and flow within you and go deeper.
Let the light flow into your shoulders and down your back and fill your core.
Notice how that light can flow through your spine,
From your neck to the base of your spine.
Notice how the light flows through your chest and into your lungs so it spreads through every cell of your body with every breath you take.
Let the light flow through your heart center,
Connecting with a healing,
Loving,
Wise energy that can spread through every cell of your body with every beat of your heart.
Let the light flow into your belly,
Into all of your digestive organs and reproductive organs.
And flowing into your pelvic region,
Into your hips and down into your legs,
Your upper and lower legs filling every cell and fiber of your body with calm.
Flowing into your feet and your toes,
Going deeper within into the feelings of deep healing,
Calm.
Now flowing through your whole body together,
Surrounding your whole body like a healing,
Protective cocoon of light.
Imagine this creates a protective layer of light around you.
You can see everything through this light of relaxed,
Healing,
Calm.
This light is actually always in you and around you.
Now you're tuned into it and your core qualities of wise,
Loving,
Healing energy come forward.
Now begin to see in front of you a beautiful staircase that can take you down to a safe,
Comfortable space.
There are 10 steps that take you down.
Feel your head lowering down a little bit as you look forward toward the steps.
And as you look down toward the steps,
Going down,
Getting that same looking down feeling as if you were looking over a balcony or down a flight of steps.
10 steps descending in your mind's eye so that you can see,
Hear and feel yourself taking each step down as you go deeper.
Taking step 10,
Taking step nine,
Allowing every muscle,
Every nerve to let loose,
Turn loose and go deeper.
That's right.
Taking step eight so that every sound you experience inside and out becomes less and less important as you focus only on the sound of my voice.
We'll go with you taking step seven,
Traveling down,
Drifting down,
Moving down to an even deeper level of relaxation can spread to the tips of your toes and the tips of your fingers and letting go more and more for step five.
So that every word I say,
Every breath you take,
Every beat of your heart,
Every thought you think can drift down,
Travel down,
Sink down.
That's right.
10,
20,
100 times deeper inside your mind taking step three so that whether or not your conscious mind is paying attention,
Your unconscious mind is becoming open and receptive to each and every suggestion just takes you deeper and deeper.
Take those down steps two and one so that you can wonder what it means for you to relax so fully and completely to the point where you acknowledge that relaxation,
Feeling calm,
Feeling peaceful and tranquil in your mind and in your body is good.
While being in your safe space,
Notice where you are.
Notice what's around you.
The temperature of the air.
Are you inside or outside?
What objects are around you?
What smells can you smell?
Find a place in this safe,
Comfortable space where you can relax completely,
Allowing yourself to be filled and surrounded with inner light,
Refreshing,
Healing and relaxing.
Now feeling very safe and relaxed,
Let yourself go into an even deeper awareness of yourself.
Can begin to explore ways.
You can become comfortable with a certain amount of uncertainty.
Where it is appropriate and explore those times.
There has been uncertainty.
And you can learn on an unconscious level,
How to increase comfort in situations where you don't know the outcome or how it will go or where you are only in control of yourself and how you react in that situation.
And you can react in a way that displays true,
Honest,
Unconscious control.
And you can program that into your neurology now.
Feeling very comfortable in the present moment.
With the ability to be grateful for what you have.
Steeping yourself continually into the present moment and trusting in your connection with whatever may happen in the future.
That everything and anything that happens is going to direct you closer to your own personal path.
What's happening now is clearing us out for a new delight.
And what we think is troublesome or concerning now turns out to be a wonderful gift.
And just letting yourself trust in that uncertainty,
Not needing to know all the answers.
Now begin to hop on a magic carpet and fly upward to your favorite place in nature.
When you arrive,
Take some time to take in your surroundings.
The colors,
The textures,
The smells,
The elements.
Enjoy this place as you begin to truly understand,
Finally and forever,
That you were meant to be happy.
That indeed,
Happiness is your birthright.
That when you are truly happy,
You are in a vibrational alignment with who you really are.
Who you really are is your essence and everything else is just the drama that you're identifying with.
The person you've created,
The stories you tell yourself,
The over-identification with self-doubt.
Because it is what you've known and experienced and your fear of it never going away only makes it stronger.
So now,
Learning to surrender.
Surrendering to it being a different way.
Remembering that what you resist persists.
What you are is your essence.
Your essence accepts and observes everything.
You are aligned with your essence and you know that your essence wants you to be happy and healthy.
That's right.
You can listen to this track time and time again and connect with your essence and learn new things from your past and gain more and more wisdom from your own self.
There you are,
Day to day,
Befriending yourself.
Thank your higher self.
Thank any guides you've brought along with you,
Integrating this knowledge and wisdom into your daily life.
So that any time you think of this session,
You become more present in the now.
So in a moment,
I'll count up from five.
And at five,
You'll be able to come back fully into the moment,
Feeling good.
So coming up with one awareness of your body for two,
Fully coming back into this time and place for three,
Into the room around you for four,
Moving your fingers and your toes all the way back up for five,
Feeling very good.
Eyes open wide awake,
Feeling a deep sense of internal transformation.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Take your time integrating this session before moving on to the rest of your day.
