Solar Love Meditation

This is a meditation I have been doing myself recently and felt called to share. It utilises the light and essence through our beautiful sun, allowing us to become more connected to this powerful energy. I feel this activates more and more mystical aspects of ourselves and leads to greater connection and healing, with source, with ourselves, with all. It's nice to do this meditation in nature on a sunny day, or at sunrise and sunset feel powerful too.
