Welcome to this solar love meditation.
You can do this meditation sitting in the sunlight or if it's not a time that you have access to direct sunlight you can simply connect to our sun with your intention.
So sit or lie down and find a comfortable position.
Begin by closing your eyes,
Allowing your body to soften,
Allowing your neck to soften,
Your jaw to soften,
Your hips to soften.
We'll take a few deep,
Calming breaths.
So breathing in through your nose into your belly and out through your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And one more time,
Breathing into your nose,
Into the belly and out through your mouth.
And now just allow your shoulders to relax even more and allow your breath to flow naturally and gently in and out of your nostrils at your own pace but maybe just a little deeper than usual but still comfortable for you.
And as you breathe you just notice with a subtle awareness all of the vibrations and energies happening right now inside of your magnificent body.
It's like you can tune into this soulful,
Expansive awareness effortlessly.
This moment exists outside of the perceived rules of time and space.
We will work with a knowing deep within as you begin with ease to connect your heart to the sun.
And feel a warmth or a stirring now in your heart area.
You don't have to try,
It just happens.
However this feels for you today is perfect.
You cannot do it wrong.
The communication commences.
Connecting your heart area with the sunlight.
With this life energy.
Take a reunion with a very familiar and loving old friend.
Just breathing into your heart area here.
And connecting with the sun.
Noticing anything you see with your inner eyes.
Everything you feel with your inner knowing.
Finally and lovingly just being with yourself.
And now in the same way you effortlessly connect the center of your forehead with the sun.
With this sunlight.
With our sun.
Feeling the rays of light streaming through to the center of your brain.
And then your whole head.
And again this feels like a natural reconnection.
A remembering of a constant presence.
Beyond words,
Beyond explanations.
Beyond all boundaries and rules and restraints.
The perfect amount of light and energy and knowing for you today.
And now,
Your whole body connects in a subtle and graceful way with the sunlight.
So you subtly sense this energy through your whole body.
And beyond your body.
Blurring all of the lines of existence.
Feeling the boundaries of where you begin and end.
Feeling your own energy.
Pulsating,
Vibrating.

Gently.

And just allowing and breathing.
