Welcome to the Solar Eclipse Meditation.
Sit or lie down and find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Begin to relax your body.
And we will take a few deep calming breaths.
And out through your mouth,
Breathing in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
And one more time,
Breathing in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Now just let your breath gently flow.
And I want you to bring your attention to your inner world.
And in your mind's eye,
See yourself sitting in the woods,
In a clearing surrounded by trees.
You can see it's a beautiful sunny day,
As the sun softly pours through the leaves,
You can smell the earth and feel the warmth,
And you feel safe.
You notice it begin to draw darker,
And quickly this darkness sweeps over everything,
Like a beautiful blanket of shadows that descends on the scenery around you.
You feel a power and a magic beginning.
Waves of energy begin to ripple,
Gently at first.
And then they take over you,
Flowing through you from head to toe and toe to head,
Through you and around you,
Shifting you.
This energy is transforming you into something,
Towards something.
Something heavy is falling away now.
Take a deep breath in,
And release something.
This energy is activating your ancient knowledge.
Take a deep breath in,
And access a new realm.
You feel this energy electrifying your blood.
Take a deep breath in,
And feel yourself vibrating.
What is it that you are being shown?
Something is being revealed.
You look up at the sky and see the sun blacked out,
With just a ring of light remaining.
And you feel as though all of time has stopped.
You notice a blue light shining through the trees,
And you follow this light.
This light leads you to a beautiful gentle waterfall and a running stream.
There are fish swimming through this water,
And you notice they are glowing fluorescent colours.
Pink,
Orange,
Blue.
There are beautiful flowers everywhere,
And you notice they too are glowing fluorescent beautiful shades,
Shining their light everywhere.
You see fireflies and butterflies sweeping past you,
Or glowing in these iridescent,
Luminescent beautiful colours.
And you look down at your hands and see that you too are glowing,
Your skin shimmering and shining with a beautiful fluorescent light.
Feel this magic,
This transformation,
Running through you.
A feeling of relief takes over,
Of a healing,
Of divine energy like no other you have ever felt before.
And just be here.
Allow worlds to merge.
Allow expectations to rise and fly.
Allow beauty and wonder to pour out from your heart.
And it feels like your heart is singing.
You can feel the planet vibrating.
You can hear the skies humming.
And you surrender to it all.
You allow it all to become a part of you.
And just feel this pure love.
Stay here a while now,
Just simmering and allowing these energies to work through you.
Sustain now and enjoy.
