Welcome to this guided meditation,
Silver Glow.
Sit or lie down,
Finding a comfortable position for you today,
And I welcome you to close your eyes as we begin this journey inwards.
You can feel your hips softening,
Your body melting into this moment,
The palms of your hands softening and relaxing,
Your collarbones melting,
Your whole being from the top of your head simply arriving here and now as we begin.
You can let your breath be soft and gentle,
A natural breath in and out of your nose.
If you'd like you can imagine yourself,
Envision yourself,
Sense yourself by the sea,
On a grey day,
With a sky full of mystery and swirling clouds,
The water mirroring this cloudy essence,
The whispers of the clouds,
Felt in the wisps of waves,
A mist in the air,
A mystery about you,
A mystery around you,
And you feel these qualities running through you,
Permeating your being,
The clouds are you,
Connected,
The crashing waves are you,
And you tune in with ease to this connection,
The connection of it all,
Like an invisible current running through everything,
Including you,
This subtle yet powerful force with a naturalness about it,
The naturalness of this sense of magic,
This softness and almost liquid quality,
And this airy,
Floating,
Drifting quality at the same time,
Even your gentle breath merging with all of this now,
Knowing you are powerful yet subtle,
And with these powerful moving clouds above you and the powerful moving waves before you and all of this through you,
You begin to sense the crown of your head just above,
And a silvery essence beginning to gather there,
Beginning to tune you,
Like an instrument,
To this silver tone running through everything,
This silver light,
Silver essence at your crown,
And it begins now to flow and cascade through your aura,
Through your energy body,
And through your entire experience,
And you can just allow it,
Effortlessly flowing,
Moved by this natural force,
Humming through you,
Clarity and silent knowing,
Forgotten whispers resurrected,
Whispers heard only by you,
Through you and for you,
A gentle sense of purification through the silver light,
Purification from illusions and restrictions,
Free in this floating,
Drifting truth,
Formless and yet taking form,
And formless again,
As the clouds move,
As your energy moves,
As your awareness drifts,
Allow this silver glow to hum and ripple through you,
As though you are decorating yourself,
Adorning yourself,
Calming yourself with this silver,
Allow it to run,
Allow it to flow,
A silvery moon hidden by the clouds,
Swirling waves in motion,
Grey clouds rich with surrender,
This substance gently holding you without grasping,
Allow yourself to experience this for a few moments now,
And now you begin to feel these energies slowing down,
As though you have moved worlds,
Moved energy,
Moved within,
Taking a new form,
And arrived somewhere,
The waves slow and settle,
The sky with the clouds slows down,
And you are renewed,
Expanded,
Expanded into more and more of who and what you really are,
Bringing your awareness into the palms of your hands,
The silvery energy present here,
And rubbing them together if you like,
Here and now,
You are settled,
Calm,
And so wise.
