Silver Glow Meditation

This guided meditation is inspired by the energy of silver. There is a powerful and solemn sense of deep clarity, and deep wisdom in this airy essence. The intention is to expand into the experience of this quality, like grey clouds moving, taking different forms, free and yet connected. May this mystical journey activate this throughout your being, as it runs through your auric field, clearing your energy and activating this knowing deep inside.

This is a sound journey, energy bath, and guided meditation in one. I have used my own singing tones as the soundscape, along with ocean waves from a cloudy day and my 111hz tuning fork.

Overall it was a lovely meditation. I definitely like the idea of silver wisdom- the gray day with swirling clouds at the beach, the waves. I enjoyed the tuning fork, that was new - what is that supposed to do? And I enjoyed your vocal channelings even though they did get a bit repetitive after the second half. I also enjoyed the ocean waves/ wind. I definitely appreciated your words and guidance throughout the medication even though I could have wished for a bit more on what energies we were supposed to be letting settle- but poetic as always and I always love to hear your voice! I was definitely seeing the pensive in Harry Potter and it really took me there to the beach- I was like this powerful Siren /Goddess is walking about:-). Thanks again.
