Welcome to this guided meditation,
Serpents and Stars.
You can sit or lie down,
Finding a comfortable position for you today,
And allow all of your being to begin to settle and soften.
Your awareness arriving here and now,
Sensing the self,
The true you,
Behind all the appearances,
Behind all the stories,
This infinite peace,
This infinite calm,
You really are.
Allowing your breath to be soft and natural in and out of your nose,
As I invite you to close your eyes,
And we will wander within.
You sense a blanket of calm descending upon you and through you now,
And you know you can just allow it.
Your body,
Your being,
Gently opening to this awareness,
Tuning in to the sense of soil,
Rich soil,
Of sand,
The nurturing hum of the earth,
The waves of the sea,
Reflecting a sky full of stars,
Cleansing waves,
And nourishing earth,
And you place your awareness upon your energetic roots,
In the pelvis,
The hips,
And you just lightly dwell there,
As though the waves are gently stirring and cleansing,
Revealing more of your truth,
As though these waves are inviting in the true cosmic energy that you are.
Like a serpent,
This energy begins to gently and lightly sneak and swirl upwards,
And it's so gentle,
It's a nurturing energy,
The perfect amount for you today,
You know and you trust that you know.
Feeling so covered in this knowing of this protection,
Feeling the embrace of your secret power,
With the sensation of allowing transformation to be effortless,
To just be a part of who and what you are,
You know this deep within,
Deep wisdom,
Deep intuition,
Silent beyond words.
Allow these stirrings for a few moments,
Just noticing,
And being held and supported by the earth,
Being held and supported by the all,
And now you sense this energy flowing up and passing through your heart,
Like light glimmering through a clear crystal,
Clarity at the heart,
Shining,
Shining outwards and through you,
Clarity in transformation through this portal of the heart,
Just notice what shines through you,
As you let thoughts fall and melt away more and more,
And you just sense within.
Tuning in now to the sense of a vast night sky above you,
Full of silent stars,
Silent supportive shimmering stars,
Vibrating at your crown,
As though summoning this energy with a friendly call,
A welcoming of this transformation,
And you gently,
Oh so gently,
The perfect nourishing amount for you right now,
Sense this energy travelling up and out of your crown,
Decorating your presence with an abundance of stars,
Starlight,
Stars and light shimmering through your aura,
A waterfall of cosmic light,
A waterfall of the cosmic light you are,
Nourishing,
Cleansing,
Clearing,
Supporting,
Rejuvenating,
Transformation,
Old stories so easily falling away as you are being renewed,
And you just witness,
Being present and allowing yourself to experience this so gently,
The humming vibrations of the powerful depths,
Singing,
Stirring,
Snaking through you,
Reminding you of the infinite,
Silent,
Powerful truth you are,
Embraced by this sea of starlight all around you now,
Just be here for a few moments now,
And now,
Returning your awareness to your heart space,
Like a crystal cavern full of magic and now gentle glowing light revealed,
And you rest here,
Finding home here,
Allowing all of these energies to settle,
To continue to integrate,
To simmer through you,
To expand this true sense of you and all of the power you truly possess simply for being,
So be here until you hear the sound of the bell.
