Welcome to this guided meditation,
A morning meditation for ease and flow.
To cultivate a state of soft flow and to gently begin your day as you wake.
So,
Finding yourself in a comfortable space,
Still carrying the gentle energy of sleep,
Drifting into the new day like a mist swirling through,
Allowing this sense of softness to remain present,
Inviting in even more ease and softness through your body,
Through your space,
Through your sense of being,
And from this expansive space,
Beyond and behind this identity of you,
You are pure freedom,
Peace,
Bliss,
Ease,
You are the experiencer,
And you get to choose from this space of power,
Who you will be,
Who you are becoming,
Without force,
Just a delicate touch,
As though you are delicately decorating yourself with these new dreams,
And you just allow them to flow.
How would it feel to allow this sense of ease to be more present in your being,
To gently be?
Allowing this sense of flow to move through you,
Surround you,
Embrace you,
You embracing you,
Nourishing yourself with visions of your most loving dreams,
Your most blissful life,
The highest timeline of you,
The ideal version of you,
All you dreaming you in this waking dream,
Where you exist in this ease,
Where it's just natural for you,
Allowing logic and reason to melt away,
And allowing trust and deep knowing to rise more fully,
Where this state of flow becomes normal and natural for you,
It's who you really are,
And you can touch upon it now,
Through simple awareness,
So simple you might think it too easy,
But you know this is the true power of you,
Surrounding yourself now with an aura and a glow of this ease,
Just let yourself imagine,
Safe to just be,
Safe to shine,
Safe to experience,
And remembering what you really are,
And you will allow this remembering to echo as you move through your day,
Just let yourself bask in these feelings for a few moments now,
Embracing yourself with this peace that will carry you through,
And is always with you,
