Midnight in the garden,
Welcome to this guided journey,
This meditative experience.
This is a space for you to rest,
Unwind,
Expand your essence and to remember who you are.
You can sit or lie down,
However you feel most comfortable today and I invite you to close your eyes if you'd like to begin to melt into your inner world and let your body rest.
Let the outer world fall away gradually as we venture within.
Could you feel the centre of your forehead soften?
Could you feel the centre of your chest soften?
Could you feel the palms of your hands softening?
And could you welcome your whole body into a sense of softening?
And then could you let the body fall away,
Melt away slightly,
As though it is there and also not there at the same time?
Knowing you can let the body rest for this experience,
For we are going within,
To the garden,
And it is always night time here,
Everything rests.
The moon rising and falling and rising again,
Never disappearing.
Always full with a slight blue tint,
The air rich with a sleepy kind of magic.
The stars ever-present,
With the evening sky moving from purple to deep blue,
Maybe deep pink back to dark purple.
Slowly the shades moving between each other,
And the sounds of nature like a constant lullaby.
Let yourself be.
A sense of always being gently cared for exists here,
It never fades.
An invisible embrace within this setting of tones and shades and senses.
And safety.
You are safe here.
You can let go here.
You can be here.
And time feels like a playful dance,
An illusion that you now remember as such.
And you feel within this dreamy realm,
This inner world,
That you can have whatever you want,
Instantly.
It descends upon you and through you,
It realises itself within you.
It's like you are the sky,
Reaching down and giving yourself this sweet gift,
Like a gentle kiss.
And you feel within this realm,
This inner world,
You can be whoever you want,
Instantly.
No delay,
You simply are.
And you are nourished by this sense of knowing,
Like a powerful nutrient that's immediately absorbed.
And you sense within this realm,
This inner world,
True knowing,
Deep trust,
That you are whatever you sense and feel and say you are.
Whispered in secret,
With mystic tongue,
In silence within.
And that this is your true power.
And there is such a warm sense of trust present here.
Feel into this for a moment.
Can you sense the true freedom here?
In noticing how fears are like a wisp of smoke evaporating in the distance,
Unable to exist within this truth.
And maybe you feel a sense of lightness and depth at the same time.
And the safety in knowing you can always go within and remember and remind.
And you can let your thoughts fly,
Like golden butterflies,
Next to this purple sky.
Knowing your thoughts are not even really who you are,
Or what you are.
You are the hum that holds it all,
Gently.
You are this something beyond your body,
Beyond your thoughts,
Beyond your stories.
You are the breath and beyond.
Breathing life into the moment,
Into the realizations.
Of you.
Returning to the outskirts,
The truth.
And as you find yourself in this garden,
This night,
The embrace of this evening.
Could you be one of the stars for a moment?
And look down at yourself within this garden.
You are the star,
And also you.
You see.
And now,
Could you be you again,
Looking up at that star from the tender space of this garden?
You see.
Your garden,
Your world,
Your true silent power.
And just let yourself be here for a few moments now.
Exploring.
Allowing these energies to rise and fall.
And following your own unique pathway of unfolding,
Of melting.
