Welcome to this guided journey,

Breathing with the trees.

This will be a subtle,

Mindful,

Gentle breathing practice,

Where you can simply begin to let go.

Right or lie down,

Find a comfortable position for you today.

And if you'd like to,

You can close your eyes.

Allowing yourself to simply arrive here and now,

To settle.

And begin to soften your entire body.

Allowing it all to be simple and easy.

We will be breathing in and out of our nose.

Allowing each breath to reach a comfortable yet expansive peak.

And then surrendering as we let go.

Feel now,

As though you are somewhere deep in nature,

Surrounded by trees.

That are gently moving in a soft breeze.

In a soft breath.

And you feel yourself tuning to this rhythm.

As you begin to notice the rhythms moving throughout your being.

So notice your breath now.

How does it feel for you today?

Without changing it or fixing it.

Where do you feel softness?

Where do you feel stuckness?

And can you let it all be?

Let it all be.

From a gnarled tree trunk to a falling leaf.

The balancing and allowing of all sensations.

A blooming flower.

An icy stream.

And the breeze and the breath moving through it all.

Sweeping through your inner world.

A gentle breath that is perfect for you today.

Deepening when it wants to,

Following its lead.

Finding lightness when it wants to.

Expanding.

And you just notice over and over again returning to noticing your breath.

Relaxing and softening your body.

Allowing yourself this experience.

Letting go of any stories.

Allowing them to rise and fall.

And rise and fall.

Like the breath.

Without efforting,

Without trying.

This is a natural process.

A natural state of being.

A natural gift and resting space.

Having feelings.

Just breathing and being with breath.

Allow yourself to surrender to this experience now for a few moments until you hear the bell.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Softening around any stuckness.

Just continual surrender to being.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Seemed to be happening.

I sat in my garden on a warm spring morning listening to the trees rustle and the birds sing this morning… instead of the cold winters view that greeted me when I woke! Another deep and powerful meditation to use often. Thankyou Rachel for all you give πŸ™πŸ½β€οΈ
