Okay,
Let's get started.
So for today's meditation,
Focusing on our surroundings,
Take a moment to look to the left of you,
Look in front of you,
Look to the right of you,
Look behind you,
Look up,
Taking a moment to look,
You know,
Away from the phone and just kind of looking at your surroundings.
We'll let the body and the mind know that we're in this safe place.
Taking in your surroundings and noticing what kind of feeling it brings for you.
It could be anything.
And then let's come back to center.
If you wanna close the eyes,
You're welcome to close the eyes,
Just something comfortable and then hold your hand in front of your heart,
Not making contact,
But just in front of that space.
You can move it a little forward and backward until you kind of find where it feels good.
Maybe it's six inches in front of you,
Maybe eight inches,
Maybe four inches,
Just kind of feeling it intuitively.
Or does it feel like there might be some energy,
Warmth or just some kind of response from the body.
You can start to circle the hand.
It's like you're rubbing the heart.
Just kind of feeling for that space and intuitively,
You can take your hand and hover it over some other place in your body,
Maybe around the jaw,
The trite side,
Maybe around the forehead,
Hovering,
Maybe floating over the crown of the head,
Your hand circling it out.
And then even try by your ear,
The hand really close to the ear,
Moving the hand around,
You might even notice the sound waves being affected by your presence there.
The hand's directly in front of the ear and then it moves.
Maybe there's a different sensation there,
Very subtle.
Just get a feel of our own field,
Our own oracle field.
When you're ready,
You can let the hands relax again.
Allow your breath to lift you a little higher into your seat.
Allow your breath to settle the exhales.
Settle the exhales deeper towards the floor.
If you're sitting in a seat,
Allowing the feet to relax,
Planting,
You're sitting cross-legged,
Allowing the hips and the knees to relax.
Imagine your navel,
The lowest part of your navel,
Was floating towards your lower back and it was also moving up your spine like an elevator going from the ground floor to the penthouse.
Take it each level up until you're at the top.
The eyes could be rolled up towards the third eye point,
Space between the eyebrows.
This can happen with the eyes closed.
The eyes physically closed,
But keep the visualization,
Whether it be simply completely black space,
Whether it be little light,
Light spots,
Whether it be a memory,
Almost dreamlike.
You're at the top of that penthouse.
Allow yourself to go to the roof,
The crown of the head open,
Awareness as open as the sky.
Maybe visualize for yourself a clear blue sky.
Imagine each breath is a cloud passing through.
Let's take an inhale.
Let's take an exhale.
And imagine you're going from that roof with the open sky back into the penthouse,
The top floor.
Visualize that this penthouse was actually the room that you're currently sitting in.
And just visualize with the eyes closed that you're moving about this space.
Allow all your senses to play into this imagination,
This visualization,
This re-imagining,
Re-remembering of your space.
What does it sound like?
Notice a high-pitched sound somewhere.
Now notice a low-pitched sound.
Notice if you can hear the sound of another living organism.
Notice if you can hear your own breath.
Notice if you can hear the sound of another living organism.
Notice if you can hear your own breath.
If we could take it one more step,
Let's take a big breath in and big breath out.
Understand how imagine you're going through the roof,
Flying up through the air,
Flying up through the Earth's atmosphere,
Flying up into space.
You can even let the physical body just kind of dissolve,
But imagine you as an energy source that's continuing to go and expand with the universe.
Allow yourself to go as far into space as your imagination can take you.
Maybe you even pass through the moon and other planets.
Once you feel like you've gotten yourself as high,
As far as you can go,
Take an inhale as if this breath was being sent from you in your seat to the energetic you connecting with the greater universal consciousness.
Take an exhale like you're pulling that energy,
That universal energy,
To the center of your own self.
Keep a little bit of that space with you throughout your day.
You're the universe playing a person.
Enjoy your time as that.
That's today's meditation today,
Everyone.
Thank you for spending the time.
Hopefully something we did is of some benefit for the rest of your day.
My name is Quasi,
And I'm out.
