Transcript

Taking time for a chakra meditation,

You can allow yourself to sit in a comfortable seat and one of the most powerful tools to move through this meditation is the tool of your own imagination.

Use your imagination for visualization and allow yourself to see what may otherwise be unseen to the naked eye.

Relax your optic nerves,

Closing the eyes,

Relaxing the small muscles in your eyelids.

Allow the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye center,

To have a sense of expansion,

Allowing you to have a view of the room that is seen strictly through the lens of your own mind.

As you're allowing this space to open up,

Allow it to be fed,

Nourished,

Hydrated with the flow of your breath.

You may even imagine each breath is like a cool rinse of water,

Washing down any tension,

Any stagnant or dry energy from the crown of the head down to the center of the throat,

Through the chest,

Down to the hips,

All the way to the sole of your feet and your toes.

Allow yourself to feel the flow of your breath.

Breathing in,

I know that I'm breathing in.

Breathing out,

I know that I'm breathing out.

Breathing in,

I.

Breathing out,

I am.

As this breath continues to develop,

Allow it to,

From the sole of your feet all the way up,

Start to rise like a rising tide.

Breath coming in,

Down to the feet.

And breath coming out,

Filling up to the shins.

Breath coming in,

Up to the knee.

And breath coming out,

Up through the hips.

Breath moving in,

Down to the pelvis.

And breath moving up,

Up through the solar plexus.

Breath moving in,

Down through the throat.

And breath moving up,

To the jaw,

To the third eye center.

Breath filling up through the crown of the head.

And breath expanding into the aura around you.

Visualizing the outline of the body,

Take an inhale through the center line of the body.

And take an exhale through the edges.

Breath through the center line of the body.

And breath out through the edges.

Visualizing the color red through the bottom of the body,

The sound is LAM.

Allowing breath to pass through the vacuum of the body,

The sacral chakra,

The sound is VAM.

Once again,

The color orange,

Filling up this space in the sacral chakra,

The sound VAM.

Connecting to the navel point,

Through the solar plexus.

A powerful yellow,

The sound of RAM.

Allowing yourself to travel through that vacuum of the body with the breath.

A color green,

The heart chakra,

The sound is YAM.

YAM.

Allowing breath to pass through the center of the throat.

The color blue,

For expression,

The sound of HAM.

HAM.

Deep in the space of one's mind.

Sending the energy upwards,

Resting somewhere in between the eyebrows,

Housing the mind,

The third eye center.

OM.

The sound of ANG.

Allow for the rinse and repeat.

And allow the mind to travel organically into the places that need it most.
