Quick "refresher" for those who are on the go and need a quick reset! Under 2minutes! Everyone is responsible for their own happiness, but if we can help each other achieve it, the world is a better place. Ubuntu means "I am because you are." Sankofa means "looking back to go forward." The combination of seeing where we have come from can remind us that our success, failures, and identity as a whole is not an isolated occurrence, but rather an interconnected phenomenon of the universe. I vow today to pour from a full cup. I vow today to use the blessings that have been entrusted to me to have an impact on others. I feel encouraged in my beingness today, and will continue to extend grace and mercy to all of those who will leave. I feel encouraged and will continue to be a vessel in all the ways that I can. Everyone is responsible for their own happiness,

But if we can help each other achieve it,

The world is a better place.

Ubuntu means I am because you are.

Sankofa means looking back to go forward.

The combination of seeing where we have come from can remind us that our success,

Failures,

And identity as a whole is not an isolated occurrence,

But rather an interconnected phenomena of the universe.

I vow today to pour from a full cup.

I vow today to use the blessings that have been entrusted to me to have an impact on others.

I feel encouraged in my beingness today and will continue to extend grace and mercy to all those who believe.

I feel encouraged and will continue to be a vessel in all the ways that I can.

Now let's take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And if there's someone in your life who you know could use a breath,

Imagine yourself inhaling so big this breath could reach them and exhaling so deeply that blessing comes back to you.

Thank you for your time and energy.

Until next time,

Namaste.

Soothing and uplifting for the soul 🌅and to inhale for someone we love that might need a breath right now 💕is so beautiful. My 11 year old and I both did this together and sent out such good vibes. And felt them, too 🌅 Thank you!

This was like a prayer to the universe, much needed in these difficult times. We have to do better, be better for ourselves and each other. Once again. You have touched me deeply. Please keep sharing your thoughts with us. Much love

I cannot tell you how beautiful this was and how timely. I was just journaling about my frustrations with greed, power, and “achievement” (not in the sense of doing one’s best, but as a social status) being the drivers of our society. Even meditations about manifesting goals feel tainted. Your words here are so much closer to my heart - to what I want to see manifested in the world. I’m already filled abundantly and would gladly do with less to see less suffering and exploitation. These two minutes brought relief, hope, and tears of “yes please” today. Thank you.
