Imagine you're in a log cabin in the mountains.
In the cabin you can smell the log burner and there is a smell of lovely homemade food in the air.
You've just had a nice meal and now you sit in your favorite chair or you lie in your bed and relax.
Outside it's cold and dark but you're feeling warm inside.
In traditional Chinese medicine winter is the time of the water element.
All energy turns inwards.
It's grounding you.
Pay attention to your feet and focus on the little toe.
Imagine you're breathing in through the little toe and out again through the little toe.
Repeat that for a couple of times.
Breathe in through the little toe and out again through the little toe.
Now move your attention to the balls of your feet.
Breathe in through the balls of your feet and out again through the balls of your feet.
Breathe in again and out again.
You're totally calm and relaxed.
You're feeling grounded and relaxed.
Now put your hand on your heart and breathe into your heart.
Let all the tension in your body go and just breathe into your heart.
Reflect on the following questions.

Just stay with yourself and breathe.

No matter how small,
Reflect on something that you're grateful for.
With your hand on your heart,
Say thank you.
Now think of your biggest wish for the next six months.
Focus on your heart and notice how that feels to think of your biggest wish.
On a scale from one to ten,
Where are you right now with regard to that wish?
One being nowhere near and ten being extremely close to fulfilling your wish.
Where are you on that scale from one to ten?
Thank yourself for being where you are right now.
Don't judge yourself.
What have you already done to get closer to your wish or to get closer to that ten?
Keep your hand on your heart and thank yourself.
Now reflect on what you could do now to get closer to your wish.
Remember any small step counts.

Thank yourself for being patient with yourself and for being willing to reflect on these questions.
How does your wish feel now?
Now imagine your wish is being sent out to the universe.
When you breathe in,
You breathe in new energy that supports you to make a small step towards your wish.
When you breathe out,
Let all anxiety and worries and thoughts like it won't happen anyway,
Let them go.
So breathe in,
New energy is coming in and out.
Leave all the anxiety and worries,
Let them go,
Let them all just go.
Breathe in again,
New energy and breathe out.
All your worries and anxiety is leaving your body.
