When we are under pressure tension tends to build up in our shoulders and hands. This meditation helps you to ease the tension during a busy day. You are becoming aware of your body and will use the breath to find calmness and balance. Take 11 minutes just for yourself and enjoy the short break. You can also use this meditation as a preparation for further mind-body exercises (e.g. Qigong,Yoga, etc). Background music: The Temple Gardens by Christopher Lloyd Clarke.
