Imagine you're on a walk in the forest,

Your favorite forest.

It's peaceful and you enjoy the fresh air.

You arrive at a small stream and you hear a flute.

Keep walking along the stream.

Take a deep breath in,

Think of the word calm,

And slowly breathe out.

Think of the word relaxed.

Calm and relaxed.

In and out again.

Calm,

Relaxed.

In and out.

Let your muscles relax.

Breathe into your belly and let your shoulders drop.

Put your tongue behind the upper front teeth and relax your jaw.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.

Keep walking slowly along the stream.

Calm and relaxed.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Now focus on your arms.

Relax your arms.

Relax the muscles in your arms.

Focus on your hands.

Relax your hands.

Relax your fingers.

Let go of the tension.

Take your time,

There's nowhere to go and nothing to do right now other than walking along the stream and enjoying the relaxation.

Now focus on your right arm.

Breathe in through the upper side of your right index finger,

All along your forearm,

Upper arm,

Shoulder and into your lungs.

Then breathe out again through your armpit,

Down the inner side of your upper arm,

Forearm and out through the inside of your thumb.

Then breathe out again through the upper side of your right index finger,

All along your forearm,

Upper arm,

Shoulder and into your lungs.

Then breathe out again through your armpit,

Down the inner side of your upper arm,

Forearm and out through the inside of your thumb.

Now focus on your left arm.

Breathe in through the upper side of your left index finger,

All along your forearm,

Upper arm,

Shoulder and into your lungs.

Then breathe out again through your armpit,

Down the inner side of your upper arm,

Forearm and out through the inside of your thumb.

Then again breathe in through the upper side of your left index finger,

All along your forearm,

Upper arm,

Shoulder and into your lungs.

Then breathe out again through your armpit,

Down the inner side of your upper arm,

Forearm and out through the inside of your thumb.

Repeat this for a couple of times and remember,

Take your time.

No need to rush,

Everything else can wait.

No need to rush,

Everything else can wait.

Now focus on both arms at the same time.

Breathe in through the upper side of your left and right index fingers all along your forearms,

Upper arms,

Shoulders and into your lungs.

Then breathe out again through your armpits,

Down the inner side of your upper arms,

Forearms and out through the inside of your thumbs.

And again breathe in through the upper side of your left and right index fingers all along your forearms,

Upper arms,

Shoulders and into your lungs.

Then breathe out again through your armpits,

Down the inner side of your upper arms,

Forearms and out through the inside of your thumbs.

Repeat this for a couple of times.

Let the Qi energy circulate through your body.

You feel calm and relaxed.

Thoughts come and thoughts go.

You just keep walking.

You just keep walking.

Keep walking.

Keep walking.

Now you can see a small red bridge not far away from you.

Walk towards the bridge.

But take your time.

Before you cross it,

Take a deep breath in and out again.

When you are ready,

Cross the bridge by counting to five.

Once you have reached five,

You arrive on the other side,

Calm and relaxed.

One calm and relaxed.

Two calm and relaxed.

Three calm and relaxed.

Four calm and relaxed.

Five calm and relaxed.

Now slowly open your eyes and come back to where you are.

Have a magical day.

I definitely feel calm and relaxed. The flute really added to the calmness and I like that the breathing focused on the upper part of the body where I tend to hold all my tension. Thank you.
