Do you ever feel stressed and a bit down the evening before work? Then this meditation might support you in accepting your feelings and in putting you into a creative mood to think of your desired week ahead. It involves breathing, visualisation and a Qigong movement. I have been inspired by the solution-oriented coaching method. Music: Daydreams by Christopher Lloyd Clarke. Licensed by Enlightened Audio

Hello,

This is Andrea from G Happy.

Thank you for taking the time for yourself.

Do you know that feeling when it's Sunday evening again,

You've had a wonderful weekend and you dread of what a new week might bring?

It weighs you down,

Makes you feel heavy,

Without any energy.

Let's be with that feeling for a moment.

Accept it.

It's okay to feel that way.

To feel anxious of what's coming,

To feel worried whether you'll be good enough and whether you can fill all the tasks,

Meet all the expectations.

It's okay to feel that way.

What if the best week of your life would be awaiting you?

What would that look like under the given circumstances?

Take a moment to just imagine.

What would it take to feel happy about Monday morning?

What would be different on a Monday morning,

If it was the best week of your life?

Visualize yourself getting up in the morning.

What would you do differently,

If it was the best week of your life?

How would others around you notice that you're having the best week of your life?

How would they notice that something is different on Monday morning?

Take a deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.

And take another deep breath in.

And slowly let go.

You're perfect as you are.

You don't have to impress anybody.

You don't have to be anybody.

You can just be yourself.

You're okay as you are.

Now slowly lift your arms up.

And your palms are facing forward.

And then bring your arms slowly down again.

When you lift your arms,

Just lift them in a natural way.

And then let them slowly come down again on your lap again.

When your arms lift,

Think calm.

And when you let them go down again,

Think relaxed.

So the arms go up,

Calm,

You breathe in.

And you breathe out again.

Your arms are slowly coming down.

You think relaxed.

Up again.

Take a deep breath in.

Think calm.

And when your arms are coming down again,

Breathe out.

And think relaxed.

In.

Calm.

Arms go up.

Down.

Relaxed.

With your hands,

You can make a big circle.

Breathing in,

Think calm.

And breathing out,

Think relaxed.

Breathing in,

Arms go up.

Breathing out,

Arms go down.

Use your attention on your hands,

On your palms.

Whilst your hands are drawing a circle.

Arms are coming up.

Think calm.

Arms are going down.

Relaxed.

Breathing in.

On the way up.

And breathing out on the way down.

Repeat that at your own pace for a couple of times.

Dy.

Once your hands are down again put them on your lap.

And take a moment to observe any sensations in your hands.

And then put your hands on your belly,

Underneath your belly button.

And take a deep breath under your hands.

Belly expands.

And slowly release.

Take a deep breath in and let go.

Let all the tension go.

What would your best week ever look like?

What small step could you take today to make it the best week ever?

You can slowly at your own pace open your eyes again and come back to where you are.

Have a magical Sunday evening and the best week ever.

Meet your Teacher
