Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

You may sit in any way that is most comfortable for you.

Using your sit bones connected to the floor beneath you,

You can slowly begin to close down your eyes and focus on the ebbs and flows of your breath.

Noticing how your chest rises and falls.

Noticing how with each in-breath your body expands and fills you up with fresh energising air,

Keeping you present and aware in this moment.

And noticing how with each exhale the body contracts and releases stale and stagnant air,

Thoughts and energy,

Allowing you to relax deeper into this meditation.

The elements are essential to our life on Earth.

Just like a plant,

We need the Earth to feed and nurture us,

Water to replenish us,

Air to breathe and fire to sustain us and our energy.

When we pay more attention to the elements,

We begin to take in the lessons that they are here to teach us.

Earth is deeply connected to our physical body.

Connecting to this element provides stability and a sense of grounding during your time on this earthly plane.

Water is tied to our emotions and can be used to induce a sense of flexibility and deep relaxation on our journey on this Earth.

Fire is tied to our nervous system and brings intensity to your existence.

The fire element is bold and transformative.

Air is connected to our thoughts and our mind.

It can bring focus or chaos depending on its intensity and our ability to navigate these winds.

Taking time to feel the movable and light nature of the air is a very relaxing and therapeutic experience.

So let's begin a little journey of connecting to these elements and allowing whatever messages or lessons they have for us to seep into our consciousness.

Beginning with the element of Earth.

Earth is meant to inspire a deep connection with your physical state.

So let's focus your mind on the relationship between your body and the ground.

Feel how the Earth carries you.

How she supports you.

How she unconditionally nourishes you.

Feel as your soul roots down into the magic of Mother Earth's layers,

Rooting you deeply into safety,

Into feeling supported and into this present moment.

Without the element of Earth,

There would be no life.

Earth provides us with our home,

With protection from the other elements and with the food that sustains and nourishes us.

No matter what,

Mother Nature always provides.

Feel into this energy of unconditional support and love.

Just tune into whatever is feeling present for you now.

Just observe.

Don't latch on.

Feeling heavy and connected to the Earth.

Next let's flow into the element of water.

Similar to the calming flow of water,

Connecting to this element can increase your body's relaxation.

So let's do a small body scan to allow the ease and flow of the element of water to fully imbue us.

Imagine the element of water slowly flowing over you.

Starting at the top of your head,

Your crown.

Feel into this area and allow it to fully relax.

Moving down over your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

All fully relaxed as the water moves over your head.

Moving down to your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your torso,

All fully relaxed.

Relaxing any tension in your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Your toes.

You are now fully relaxed and connected to the ease and flow of water.

Now tap into any emotions that are present within you.

What are they trying to teach you?

Sit with this thought for a moment.

Allow the emotion to flow through you,

But don't latch onto them.

Transitioning into the fire element.

Now that your body has had the time to relax,

It's time to enter the fire element.

This is a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your focus and the presence that you've cultivated with the elements of earth.

I want you to think of a mantra or affirmation that you need right now.

Once you've found it,

Repeat your mantra silently with a hyper focus on its message to engage the element of fire.

Keep repeating it silently to yourself and feel how it ignites you.

Feel how it powers your mind,

Your body,

And your soul.

And as you keep repeating this affirmation in your mind,

Feel how it fires up your confidence,

Your motivation,

Your drive.

Keep this affirmation with you throughout your day,

Your week,

Or even the month ahead.

Next we move our focus to the element of air.

Naturally,

It's time to spend some time with your breath.

Focus your mind on the inhalation and exhalation of air in and out of your body.

Do your best to prevent your mind from wondering to truly get the benefits of this element.

You can bring your focus back by repeating,

I am breathing in on the inhale.

And I am breathing out on the exhale.

Just sit for the next few breaths and tap into the essence of the element of air as it mirrors in and out of your temple.

CambRa is one of the Finishing with the element of space.

This can naturally be a difficult task to manage.

But let's do our best to clear our minds of any busy thoughts or feelings.

Finding spaces of quiet and relaxation within your mind.

And do your best to stay there as long as possible.

When we connect to the element of space,

We find the true meaning of abundance.

Space is everywhere around us.

There is no beginning and no end to space.

It is truly the definition of endless infinity.

And when we can truly connect to this,

We can truly understand the meaning of abundance.

Call this energy into your life knowing that all that you dream of,

All that you desire is possible.

When we consciously connect to this energy of infinity,

We can call in all of our deepest dreams and wishes.

The elements can truly teach us everything we want and need to know in this life on Earth.

By consciously connecting to them,

We can find all of the answers that we seek.

I hope this meditation has brought you some clarity on how to connect with the elements and the lessons that they can provide for us.

Feel free to journal on any messages or realizations that may have come through for you during this meditation.

Slowly bring your awareness back into the space you are in.

Feel your body on the earth beneath you.

Feel the temperature on your skin.

Take in the sounds around you.

Notice any smells.

And then slowly bring some gentle movement back into your physical being.

And when you are ready,

You can gently open your eyes and return back to your day.
