Hello and welcome to part 3 of the Restoration Series.

This series is designed to use the powerful and pure frequencies of nature to align your energy with vibrant health and the well-being that is natural to who you are.

Your original blueprint is one of abundant thriving and in releasing any discordant frequencies like stress and relaxing into more aligned states of ease and centeredness,

You allow this natural well-being to come forth effortlessly.

Today we'll be tuning into the beautiful power of surrender using the fluid nature of water.

Before we get started,

Check in with your body and if you're thirsty,

Pause this meditation here and go grab yourself a refreshing drink of water.

And then when you're ready,

Find somewhere comfortable and quiet to sit or even lay down if that's what feels good today.

And then make any movements or adjustments that feel good before you come to stillness.

Maybe even placing a pillow behind your back or under your knees.

You might even do one or two slow neck circles in each direction,

Breathing with each movement.

And then when you're ready,

Align your jaw so that it's parallel with the floor and close down your eyes.

On your next inhale,

Breathe deeply into the pit of your belly,

Letting it expand outwards.

And as you exhale,

Either let out a big sigh or maybe even stick out your tongue and flutter your lips,

Releasing any tension in your face.

And two more times just like that,

Inhaling deep into the base of your belly and then exhaling with either a sigh or a flutter of your lips.

Inhale.

Inhale.

.

.

Exhale.

.

.

Inhale.

.

.

Exhale.

.

Let your jaw unclench,

Releasing any tension in the cheeks,

The forehead,

Space between your eyes,

Around your eyes.

Just letting your breath relax into its natural rhythm as you come to a place of stillness.

Now imagine yourself laying in the stream bed of a mountain spring.

Within the fresh air,

Feel the soft,

Cool,

Refreshing waters pouring gently over and around your body with just your head,

Chest,

The tips of your fingers and toes peeking through into the sparkling,

Sunshine-soaked air.

Feel the smooth pebbles of the stream bed beneath you and just take a moment to listen to the sound of the water moving and trickling all around you,

Let it settle your soul.

You are so supported here.

As the cooling waters wash over and around you,

Feel it cleansing and refreshing each and every one of your cells,

Releasing and removing any density and leaving you feeling liquid,

Fluid,

And weightless in your body.

And now as you lay here,

Completely relaxed and at peace,

Notice how the flow of the water begins to increase,

Causing you to lift up from the stream bed and begin to flow with the stream as it lazily carries you forward.

Feel your buoyancy,

Your lightness,

Your fluidity as you begin to move down the stream with the sunlight sparkling above you and the lush nature around you gently passing by as you move.

The river moves at the perfect pace,

An honest and unhurried rhythm of being.

Notice how good it feels to be carried by this current,

Like being held in the arms of love itself,

Moving smoothly and freely around curves and dips,

Relaxed in a state of complete trust as you simply surrender to the current,

Giving in to the flow.

Feel yourself moving like silk,

Being swept around bends,

Poured into larger streams,

Merging with the power of many rivers flowing,

Completely surrendered,

Trusting that this flow knows exactly where it's going and will carry you safely in the arms of love.

On your journey,

Feel yourself pouring over waterfalls,

Plunging into the depths below and floating effortlessly back to the surface.

Feel yourself flowing without resistance,

Freely,

With complete abandon.

You feel safe,

Supported and held by this flow.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Begin to notice the feel of the silty sand in the water around you.

You flutter open your eyes and hear the call of seagulls in the distance,

The gentle sound of waves,

And you now know that you've come to the river delta,

Flowing into the great ocean of life.

You feel a sense of homecoming as you merge with the salty water.

As you float on the waves,

You feel so held,

So loved,

And so welcomed here.

Breathe in the crisp ocean air,

And as you exhale,

Surrender even deeper,

Merging into the liquid infinity of your unbounded being.

Feel yourself everywhere at once,

One with the ocean.

You are the water.

Relax into this state,

Become expansive,

Effortless.

Pour,

Wash,

Flow,

Evaporate,

Liberate,

And rain down again,

Soaking into the earth and soil and the basins below.

Bubble up into the mountain stream and ride the river home once more.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Surrender.

Let there be no thought or tension in your body.

Simply be,

Breathe.

This is your fluid nature,

Liquid and free,

Expansive and effortless.

It's safe to surrender deeper into yourself,

Deeper into the flow of life,

And to trust and know it will take you exactly where you need to go,

In perfect timing,

With perfect ease.

Inhale and exhale.

Begin to bring some soft movement into your body.

See if you can move like water.

Let your motions be continuous and flowing,

Effortless and free.

And when you're ready,

Gently open up your eyes and move into your day with a fluid grace and deep peace of one who is surrendered.

You are exactly where you are meant to be.

And my open heart to yours.
