Hello,

Love.

Today all I'm going to do is to remind you of who you are.

Close your eyes.

Soften your brow.

Release your jaw.

Let your shoulders melt down your back.

Allow your inner body to soften and melt.

Becoming easy.

Open and relaxed.

Together let's take a few deep breaths to just center and connect inwards.

Your breath is your power.

It's your connection to life force.

So breathe in deeply,

Expand,

Receive it fully.

And then release it with ease.

Let it all go as you relax completely and surrender.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Just like that.

I invite you to feel your power in this moment.

Tune into your aliveness.

That buzzy energy.

Your presence.

Tune into that feeling.

Feel your energy.

Your aliveness.

This energy.

This aliveness is who you are.

It's the animating force behind your being intimately connected and unified with all that is.

To be human is to be divine.

You are spirit embodied.

A great dream of creation come true.

You are creation looking at itself,

Aware of its grandeur,

Beauty,

Multitudes,

Wholeness.

This beingness,

This aliveness is a sacred experience.

And it's time to start honoring yourself and treating yourself like the radiant embodiment of life force and blessing that you truly are.

Feel your core.

Feel your center.

Can you sense your fullness?

Your aliveness?

You are not limited to your body.

Expand your senses outwards.

Sense beyond your body.

Can you feel the openness and energy of life?

Let everything else fall away as you connect to your spacious,

Whole and vibrantly alive spirit.

This aspect of you is pure love and it's an intimate communion with all of creation.

See if you can sense how this aspect of you feels.

Can you feel how spacious,

Happy,

Excited,

Free,

Open,

Limitless,

Clear,

Powerful,

Intelligent and alive this aspect of you is?

This is your power.

This is who you are.

And the more you connect to it through your intention and focus,

The more powerful and aligned you are in any given moment.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale fully.

Relax.

Become spacious.

Open up to the possibility that you are this greatness,

This expansiveness,

This total goodness.

Keep connecting to it.

Live in your bigness,

Your goodness,

Your blessedness,

Your absolute worthiness.

As often as you can remember throughout the day,

Breathe,

Open up and connect to who you truly are.

And from this spacious place of being,

Life will simply unfold in magical and miraculous ways.

It's time to claim your right to live as you came here to live,

Completely in love with life,

In love with yourself,

Fully in your power.

Choose to lift your gaze,

Your awareness one moment at a time,

Connecting to your true spacious being and then living from the truth of who you are.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale fully.

Relax.

Surrender.

Everything you need is within you and it is good.

The infinite spirit in me honors and stands in awe of the infinite spirit in you.
