Hello and welcome to Purely Being Guided Meditations.

Today we are taking some time out to check in and just notice and be with how you feel,

Allowing energy,

Ideas and thoughts to flow through you without resisting them,

Ultimately letting them be free so that they can go where they need to go,

Be where they need to be and leave you feeling lighter,

Brighter,

More clear and at ease,

At home in your organic essence and energy.

Just trust that you'll have exactly the experience you need and are ready for today.

Take a moment to get settled,

Softening through your brow,

Getting heavy through your sit bones and closing your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Without rushing or pushing,

Just opening up and release it.

Again,

Inhale,

Opening,

Receiving the fullness of the breath,

Letting it all go with a sigh.

Let's do that 3 more times,

In and out,

In and out,

Last time,

Big in,

Opening up and let it all go with a big sigh,

Softly,

Slowly,

Sweetly returning to your own breath rhythm,

Letting your body melt that little bit deeper into relaxation,

Softening through your edges and corners,

Honoring and allowing your center and what's present within you.

Now,

Open your awareness brighter to your own inner being,

Breathing space and warmth into any areas of resistance or tension,

Giving spaciousness and love to any tenderness,

Honoring everything here,

All is well,

Everything at its ultimate and most core level is absolutely and completely here to support,

Bless,

Serve and love you,

Including everything you're feeling and experiencing right now.

So take a deep breath,

And simply be noticing everything,

Without judgment,

Allowing everything to be,

Honoring,

Allowing and embracing your experience,

Letting it consume you for a moment,

Feel it all,

Without resisting or fighting anything,

Let your feelings play at full volume,

Running from nothing,

Hiding no part of yourself or your experience,

Getting big and wide enough to hold all this feeling,

Let everything be,

Let every feeling be a friend,

A welcome companion,

An honored guest,

Passing through,

All of this is just here for a time,

On its way through,

Energy in motion,

Emotion,

Guiding you,

Showing you what feels good,

Lighting the path,

Keep breathing,

Feel it all,

Completely,

See it all,

Completely,

Resist nothing,

You are safe here,

None of this can hurt you,

It's all here for you,

It's all just sensation,

Honor exactly where you are,

This is you,

This is your experience of now,

And there is nothing wrong with you or your experience here,

All of it is valid,

All of it belongs to life,

And it is good,

Breathe,

Notice,

Allow,

Feel,

Become vividly aware,

And let it all be,

Experience the waves and sensations without judgment or story,

Good,

Keep breathing,

Keep feeling,

Stay aware to your inner experience and sensations,

Let it all be,

Let it move and breathe and flow through you,

There's nothing wrong here,

Nothing can hurt you it all has a right to be here,

All things are temporary,

And the more spacious you are,

The wider you become,

The more easily everything can flow and get to where it needs to go,

Creating a more spacious and holistic environment of ease and effortless thriving,

Feelings are friends,

Emotions are gifts,

Sensations are information,

Wonderful job beloved,

You can trust yourself in exactly how your experience unfolded today,

This practice of inner awareness is a steadying sanctuary that can be practiced and accessed at any point in your day,

Breathe,

See,

Feel,

And allow it all to be,

Without judging,

Resisting,

Or creating a story,

Letting everything feel how it feels,

Go where it goes,

And express within you as it needs,

Honoring your full experience here,

Because you are,

And that's miraculous,

And well worth celebrating,

Take your time,

There's no rush to get up here,

Honor yourself and what feels truly and authentically good for you,
