Hello and welcome to this week's guided meditation.
Today our meditation is a celebration of springtime and the blossoming beauty within you.
To begin,
Find a seated position and get yourself nice and comfortable.
Just closing down your eyes.
Getting settled into your body,
Into your space.
Taking a nice deep cleansing breath in through your nose,
Filling up all the way,
Holding it at the top.
And then exhaling through your mouth with a big sigh.
You can take one more just like that if it felt really good to you.
And then beginning to breathe in and out through your nose.
Slowly,
Mindfully.
In and out.
Letting your breath be slow and full and yet without strain.
As you sit here and settle in more deeply,
Begin to feel the connection between the base of your body and the cushions or earth below you.
Just feeling that point of contact.
You might even imagine energetic roots extending down through your body,
Through the base of your sacrum,
Through your feet,
All the way into the center of the earth.
Finding a deep connection here.
Feeling the rootedness,
Steadiness and sense of grounding this brings.
Just sitting and receiving the energy and life force from the earth.
Letting it nourish you through your roots.
Allowing its harmonizing and grounding force to soothe and balance your body.
Now similarly,
Begin to feel an outpouring of cosmic life force pouring down through the stars,
Through the crown of your head like sunlight,
Spilling into your heart and solar center.
And from this place expanding throughout your being,
Filling you with a warmth and safety.
Feeling of being nurtured and held by this warm light,
Deeply loved.
Finding a sense of lightness and possibility within you.
And feel these two energy flows of the earth and the sun,
The stars meeting and dancing within you.
Feel the deep steady love of the earth grounding you in the warm light of the infinite cosmos,
Dancing and celebrating within you.
Feel these energies merging perfectly.
New life is rising in you now.
Feel your heart begin to bloom like a flower expanding outwards.
Allow your whole body and being to begin to bloom in delight.
Feel your aliveness,
The endlessness of your opening and blooming of the life from within.
From this place,
Let's introduce our mantra.
I am blossoming delight.
I am blossoming delight.
Really connecting to the feeling of what it's like to be blossoming delight.
Does it feel bright and alive,
Open and continuously unfolding,
Light and free,
Full and abundant?
For the next two minutes,
Continue to repeat this mantra,
Really feeling each word in your body as you do,
Taking your time,
Letting the tone match the energy you feel.
You'll hear my voice when the two minutes have passed.
Peppermint.
Sha door.
I now invite you to repeat the mantra once more,
This time out loud and with enthusiasm to really anchor this energy in your body.
Ready?
I am blossoming delight!
Now inhale deeply,
Exhale fully,
And ever so softly,
Just imagine what it would look like to move through the world as blossoming delight.
What would that look like?
How would that feel?
How would you show up in this world as blossoming delight?
Let these pictures and feelings guide your day to day.
Simply opening up your eyes,
Arriving in your now space,
Feeling the vital aliveness and is-ness of your body.
Letting your awareness be soft and spacious here.
