Hello and welcome to this week's Purely Being meditation.
Find somewhere comfortable to sit and take some time to center into yourself,
Feeling the aliveness of your presence and the vital energy of this moment.
When it feels right,
Close down your eyes and take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose and let it all out through your mouth with a sigh,
Ahhh,
All is well.
See if you can relax your belly,
Your chest,
And on your next inhale breathe deeply into that relaxed belly,
Letting your breath be full and deep,
Yet without any strain,
And let it all out through your mouth with a sigh,
Ahhh.
Feeling like that one more time,
Inhale,
Expand,
And exhale,
Letting it all go,
And perhaps finding a soft sense of stillness here.
Let this moment hold you gently,
Nothing to accomplish,
Nothing to acquire,
Nothing to resist.
Simply dissolve into that honest and easy being.
Emotion meditations are designed to activate a specific emotion within you as a way to build emotional muscle memory and make it a more active factor in your experience.
We attract the energy we radiate and our emotions are the magnetizing power.
The more you can tune into elevated emotions,
The more elevated your life experience becomes.
Today we're going to deep dive into the emotion and felt state of freedom.
So take a moment to ask yourself,
What does it feel like to be truly and abundantly free?
It might feel like openness,
Expansiveness,
Endless possibilities,
A delicious buffet of choices in front of you ripe to be enjoyed.
It might feel like an open and endless yes in an infinite sky.
Could be a sense of playfulness and spontaneity,
An ease with expressing yourself in your honest heart's truth,
Moment to moment,
Brightly and effortlessly.
What does freedom feel like?
Can you recall a moment when you felt limitless and free,
Like anything was possible for you?
The world is your oyster and only good things lay ahead of you.
Tune into that feeling.
What does freedom feel like?
How does the sensation of freedom animate within you?
What parts of your body does it light up?
What kinds of images and pictures does the feeling of freedom bring to mind?
Breathe fully into that feeling of freedom.
Feel its currents running boundlessly through your body,
Activating every cell with its vibrant aliveness and abundant being.
Expand.
Be limitless.
Be freedom.
When you think you've found the limits of how free you can be,
Pour out beyond them.
Keep birthing your endless freedom into beyond.
Breathe.
Soften.
Feel your freedom radiating off of you.
Really anchor this sensation in your body.
Teach it to your emotional chemistry.
Let this be a new baseline of feeling and being.
And see if you can keep connecting to this feeling of freedom without gripping or holding anywhere in your body.
Let all tension,
Gripping,
And holding melt out of you as you effortlessly tune into the spaciousness and the aliveness of your freedom.
It's good to be free.
You were born to be free.
You are free now.
Breathe in.
Exhale and surrender completely.
Relax.
Let all effort dissipate and melt away.
Freedom is simply a fact of your being.
Full and true.
Accept that.
Relax into that.
Allow that to be everything.
Take a deep inhale.
Exhale slowly.
Begin to gently come back into your moment,
Back into your body,
Your space.
And as you do,
See if you can softly feel the vibrational field of freedom moving through you like ocean waves or a gentle breeze.
Feel its effortlessness,
Aliveness.
You are free.
The more you tune into this sensation,
The more life will show you just how wide open your life truly is,
Ripe with possibilities,
Potential,
And unlimited power to unfold your brilliance even further in ways that are life-giving,
Exciting,
And beneficial for all.
Inhale.
Exhale.
You are free.
You have always been free.
You will always be free.
