Hello and welcome beautiful soul to this month's guided meditation.
Begin by finding somewhere quiet and comfortable to sit.
Somewhere that you can completely relax.
Sit either cross-legged or with your feet planted firmly on the floor and just bring your hands to gently rest in your lap or a relaxed face down on your legs.
Inhale deeply and as you do allow your spine to lengthen up towards the ceiling.
Pause and now exhale allowing your shoulder blades to relax down your back.
On your inhales create space,
Openness and length in your body and on your exhales release all tension and allow yourself to completely melt into yourself surrendering all effort and feeling calm.
Now I want you to focus your attention on your heart center and really feel the core beingness and the alive presence that is you.
Tune into this spacious place and breathe more awareness and love into the space.
Now I want you to imagine who would you be if you were not afraid?
What would you be like if you had nothing to prove,
Nothing to fear or even worry about?
What would you be like if your future was assured to be bright,
Prosperous and satisfying in every way?
What would you be like if you weren't worried about what your friends,
Your boss,
Your partner,
Neighbors,
Even strangers thought of you?
What would you be like if you were fearless and more importantly how would you be?
How does the you without fear move through the world?
Start to visualize this fearless version of yourself and really see them clearly.
What does your face look like?
What expression do you have and how do you feel inside?
Now take a look around.
Where are you living?
How are you spending your days and who are you with?
How does this fearless version of you walk down the street and engage with strangers and passerbys?
How do you celebrate when something really good happens?
How do you engage with your loved ones and your friends?
What kinds of things do you say to them in your fearless,
Abundant and powerful state?
What does the fearless version of you do for fun?
What do you do for work?
Take a few moments to imagine this living,
Breathing,
Fearless being moving through the world.
Really feeling the feelings and core emotions your fearless self feels and exudes.
The next time you're feeling lost or confused just ask yourself how would my fearless self see this?
What would they do or say in this circumstance?
And wait for the answer.
If you want you can even give him or her a name.
Remember fear is false evidence appearing real.
Every fearful thought is a distortion of your vision and your true perspective.
Return to the truth of who you are by finding your core brilliant,
Buoyant inner being and then thinking and acting in accordance with how this fearless self acts.
You are mighty,
You are able,
You are safe and you are supported by an endless well of all-consuming love.
All you need is to remember who you are.
So tell me who are you when you are not afraid?
Now live it.
