Your body lighter,

Let this light guide you into a state of deep relaxation,

Begin to sense the green light around you becoming like a gentle pull inviting you forward.
It feels like a soft,
Magnetic force guiding you deeper into your sanctuary.
Now visualize yourself stepping through an ancient stone archway.
Its surface is covered in winding vines,
Their delicate tendrils brushing against your skin as you pass.
Feel the coolness of the stone beneath your fingertips,
The texture smooth,
Yet weathered by time.
The air is fresher,
Tinged with the earthy scent of moss and the faint,
Floral fragrance of the surrounding nature.
As you step forward,
Notice the carvings on the archway,
Symbols of the four elements glowing softly,
Alive with energy.
Each symbol pulses with life,
As if calling you closer.
With each breath,
The space around you becomes more vibrant,
More real.
You are entering a place of sacred power,
A space that has been waiting for your arrival for centuries,
As though the universe itself has prepared this moment just for you.
Now see yourself step fully into the sanctuary.
The space is vast,

The walls are adorned with ancient carvings,

Notice four distant corners,
Each alive with the energy of a different element.
To your left,
Earth calls to you,
Its energy is rich and fertile.
The ground beneath your feet feels solid,
As though it is gently anchoring you to the present moment.
Straight ahead,
Water flows gracefully,
Its surface shimmering in hues of blue and silver.
Feel the cool mist in the air brushing softly against your skin,
Inviting you to feel its calming presence.
To your right,
Fire flickers with a vibrant intensity.
The warmth from its flames brushes against your skin,
Inviting the spark of transformation.
And in the far corner,
Air swirls softly,
Cool and refreshing,
Clearing the space around you.
You can feel the gentle currents of wind moving now through the air,
Lifting your spirit and opening your mind.
Each element is alive with energy,
Inviting you to engage,
To connect,
To choose the one that most resonates with you today.
So which element really calls you?
Feel that pull,
