Welcome to your guided meditation.

To experience bliss and deeper connection,

Hear the words spoken and feel each word as your own.

I am ready to experience the power of my inner being with my spirit guide taking me through a journey of eternal and ever accessible bliss.

My breath is slowing down and I feel my body gently loosening.

My energy is softly flowing through my body,

Relaxing my whole physical being.

All my thoughts are being released and my mind is clearing of all material attachments.

My breath is deep as I inhale and exhale.

My awareness is moving slowly through my whole being.

I am gradually feeling at ease.

My attention softly moves to my heart.

I can feel it beating.

I am feeling hearing each sound of each pulse slowing as my body is relaxing.

My heart feels light.

It is gently opening to send and to receive a flow of calm,

Peace and wellbeing.

Gently and gracefully,

I feel my heart's powerful vibrancy emanating warmth and appreciation to the wider universe.

I can feel my spirit guide becoming present.

This all-knowing,

Loving light is patiently waiting to hold my hand and guide me to a greater state of bliss.

My heart's energy flows towards this beautiful entity and my spirit guide's light emanates towards my being.

The waves of my heart are gently intertwining with my divine companions.

More and more I am feeling a state of connection and peace.

This magnificent being is vibrating all positive energy towards my heart.

It is silently leading me to an earthly place of ultimate beauty.

With my mind's eye,

I can see a wonderful,

Vibrant field of fresh green grass and blossoming flowers.

The elements are flowing through me.

Flowers are vibrant and clear.

This field of beauty is nothing I have ever experienced before.

I feel the delicate light and warmth of the sun.

A wonderful aroma of fresh blossoms is softly blowing towards my worldly senses.

The entity is taking hold of my whole,

Eternal being.

My guide asks me to take a deep breath.

May I inhale and exhale,

Taking the airflow through my nose,

Down my throat and into my heart.

My heart opens more and more,

Allowing my own inner guidance to shine through.

As I breathe,

I savour an enchanting,

Delightful fragrance.

The sweet smell makes me feel exhilarated and blissful.

I slowly glide with the divine through this field of magnificence.

My whole being is experiencing all the natural beauty around me.

From my heart,

A feeling of immense appreciation for the gifts of the Earth and for my spirit guide overwhelm my whole being.

All that is good inside my eternal consciousness is being brought to the surface.

My guide's energy,

So pure,

Is now emanating to the every cell of my body.

Our divine vibrations connect with an array of beautiful,

Efficacious emotion.

My spirit guide uplifts me through my heart's energy as we move together.

We float from this place of unimaginable beauty to other realms,

Making our connection more and more intense.

We go to a place where we are surrounded by light and soft colours with beautiful divine entities all around us.

Emanating peace and love as we gently float past them.

These entities are silent,

But clear in their communication.

They hold me and my guide in reverence and I can sense their love radiating towards us.

I feel at ease and peaceful in the knowledge that all energy in the Universe is connected and is one.

As we move,

I consistently receive my leader's unconditional love and adoration.

We connect graciously and wholly with an intense closeness.

My spirit guide steers me with kindness and compassion,

Bringing out an internal powerful energy within me.

We ascend further and further to a higher level and into an elevated consciousness.

I am reaching a state of all knowing,

Bliss and wellbeing.

My heart feels uplifted and in awe of my divine companion.

My spirit guide helps me move from the physicality of body consciousness through to an internal,

Strong,

Light being state.

I am gently moving through to a non-material,

Spiritual experience which encompasses pure positivity.

We are surrounded by purity,

Light and peace.

There is only feeling which manifests in this space with the most intense experience being in the heart.

There is no sound,

Taste,

Smell or touch.

Only through the mind's eye and there is no physical sight.

Passion is strong and positive feeling is all there is.

My guide and I are transcending to a realm where there is immense beauty and love.

Our hearts connect further,

Feeling joy and affection.

My leader encourages me to feel appreciation.

I am intensely devoted to my spirit guide.

I am grateful to it and my own wonderful inner guidance.

I feel eternally grateful for all that surrounds me in the ether.

This all-knowing energy continues to flow to me and through me.

My guide radiates virtues which can only be accessed through a state of peace and love.

An ocean of power,

Purity and happiness is being emanated towards me and the feeling of contentment and adoration is overwhelming to the core.

These emotions are moving through my whole being.

The heart's energy is intensifying and connection with my companion is continuously becoming deeper.

My spirit guide shines its divine light onto my eternal being,

Continuously emanating the energy of elevated virtues.

Its tender state is radiating to me and through me.

The beauty it holds is beyond imagination and the compassion that flows moves me to an elevated dimension.

The divine softly whispers that I am now in the state I once was.

I am now in the state that I am and I am now in the state I will always be.

My whole being is vibrant and full of light,

Reaching an ultimate feeling of contentment and bliss.

My inner being is dedicated to flowing,

Everlasting positivity with this auspicious experience.

I am reminded this ultimate feeling of purity,

Peace and love is my natural state and all that there is.
