This is Rasa.

Welcome to your guided meditation.

Take a few moments to settle into your comfortable position.

You may lay down or sit up comfortably as we're gonna be here for a little while.

After you feel settled,

Gently close and rest your beautiful eyes.

Bring your attention to your belly,

Inviting it to soften and relax.

Feeling your belly gently expand and relax with each rhythm of your breath.

Feeling your body breathing easily and naturally.

Now deepen your breath slightly.

Just for a few rounds.

Feel your belly expanding a little further as you inhale,

Then allowing it to relax back down as you exhale.

Any resistance,

Any feeling of impatience percolating underneath,

Let it go through your upcoming calming wave of breathing.

With each breath out,

Have a sense of letting go.

Drawing in,

Inviting different muscles of your body to melt a little more now.

Relaxing a little bit more with each exhalation.

Dedicate each inhale to calm.

Devote each exhale to letting go.

Feel your shoulders relaxing down now.

The expression on your face softening.

Your fingers and toes becoming loose and relaxed.

Feel all the tension melting away with your breath.

Your inner world expanding as calmness continues to travel inward.

Note your mind becoming lighter.

Continue on creating that calmness across your body as each breath draws you into the present moment and inner openness.

Surrendering to the practice of your meditation.

Through the continuous flow of the energy from your being,

Your energy body,

Just like the music in the background.

Notice the tone of your energy.

Feel its flow.

A quiet communication pattern.

Simply set it to a frequency of conscious connection and open communication.

Make an intention if you feel you would like to.

Now set your frequency to prepare and to connect with Archangel Raphael.

Starting to detect delicate changes in your vibration.

Slow and rhythmic,

Flowing with your breath in and out.

Sigh it out and release the energy.

Take a slow deep breath in.

Holding for just a moment.

Now release the energy,

Sigh,

Exhale,

Let it go.

You may stay here for a moment more if your body calls you to.
