Welcome to your guided meditation.

If you haven't already,

Come in a comfortable position of your choice.

Deep inhale as deep as you can and deep exhale become as empty as you can.

Once more.

Pick up your natural breath now.

Settle in.

Carefully close your sweet eyes and actively drop the momentum of the day.

Consciously slowing down your exhales.

As you do this,

Have a sense of letting go of the thoughts,

Watching them soften and fade into the background.

Let your body to melt,

To release any tension from joints and muscles.

Your body willingly softening and surrendering into the support beneath you.

Both your body and mind are stilling,

Ready for the practice of meditation.

As you take rhythmic breaths now,

Turn your mind to the subtleties,

To the less obvious.

The micro-expansions in your joints or your mind.

Unseen sensations moving through or sitting with you right now.

Like a domino effect,

Your awareness spreads across your being.

Gentle sensations rippling through as if small tides of your ocean guiding you to the subtle sensations of your body.

Feel your internal alchemy.

Moving away from common thoughts and emotions,

Transforming into gentle awareness.

Anywhere your focus lands,

It offers loving observation and ability to see and to feel deeper.

Feeling this gentle awareness deep in the cove of your heart.

Feel this space expanding and relaxing with each soothing breath.

Feeling that each breath is being drawn in and out from your heart space.

Each breath like a glowing orb of one or many colours within your heart.

Impeccable,

Radiant,

Healing light expanding within your heart.

Gentle awareness deepening,

Your celestial senses heightening.

Feeling you with a sense of peace and calm.

Feeling each and every cell,

Each thought with this warm and radiant energy.

With each wave of breath out,

Notice the release of energies that yield no purpose.

Feel how this leaves you filled with purified connection to self,

Revealing your inner essence.

As your inner self reveals itself more,

It bears your pureness dwelling within.

Feel it invite positive energies.

Feel it expose your divine connections.

Through the pureness of your heart and its glowing light,

Become aware of your connection to Mother Mary.

See her and her glow surrounding her to land serenely.

Feel her wrapping you gently in her light and her tender,

Maternal love.

Whether it is your first time to be aware of this connection or not,

Keep your awareness on it,

Exploring this divine connection and what it feels like today.

Soothing waves off.

It's gonna be alright.

I am where I'm supposed to be.

Ripple through the surface of your body.

Feel a sense of surrender deep down.

Trust that you can as Mother Mary takes everything into her hands,

Her maternal power.

Whatever it may be,

There isn't anything that this maternal divine being cannot do for you.

To reassure you,

See and feel her wrapping you in flowers,

Showering you with their scent,

Putting your mind at ease,

Relaxing your body,

Reviving your soul.

Feel your inner being to rejoice and to glow brighter.

Feel being wrapped and held in Mother Mary's grace.

Being so light-hearted,

Safe and at ease.

Imagine a small golden crystal sphere inside your heart.

It contains everything that you know,

Feel,

Need to or want to say or ask of Mother Mary.

Prepare to give this sphere to Mother Mary.

Prepare to let go of it all and trusting her with it.

Get ready to pass it on.

Visualise this sphere bursting out of your chest,

Leaving your heart.

You feel calm and light.

Follow with your inner eyes this sphere travelling through the air,

Glowing and shimmering,

Making its way towards Mother Mary.

See the glowing sphere hovering just outside the heart of Divine Mother Mary.

A momentary explosion of light.

The sphere enters the heart of Mother Mary.

She instantly deeply feels and knows exactly why and how you feel.

Why things are the way they are.

She understands it fully and sees beyond what you can perceive in the future.

Feel her reassurance as she lovingly smiles at you with her hand held over her heart space,

Holding her hand where she keeps your heart's desires and thoughts.

Feel that she truly understands your heart through hers.

Know she will gift you with the best outcomes.

You are completely safe.

Your heart is being held in high priority with her.

Everything is going to be just fine.

Feel a relief rushing in.

Let go of control.

Relax.

Good.

See yourself stand in her warm cloak of energy being wrapped around you.

You may reach out and wrap your arms around Mother Mary.

In return,

Receive the purest loving hug.

Feel her offering you light,

Love and protection.

Her divine motherly energy calming affecting your heart and mind.

As Mother Mary holds you in her warm energy,

You intuitively know that she is always with you.

Guiding you and bathing you in the unwavering love and acceptance.

Encouraging you to tap into your own strength innate within you.

To have the courage to persevere and succeed.

Visualise Mother Mary holding a gleaming flower at her heart.

Smiling at you kindly,

Sweetly.

Reaching out and placing the flower in your hand.

Place the flower onto your heart now.

Feel the sweetness of the divine connection between you and Mother Mary.

Feel her encouraging you to keep your heart pure and kind.

Heart open to do great things.

Visualise your heart's glowing light pulsating into the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Now see Mother Mary's heart space light to pulse it as well.

Feel and see your heartbeat rhythm merge and beat as one.

Making the glow brighter and wider.

Encouraging you both in divine light of pure heart.

Silence is felt across your whole being.

Everything glowing.

Feeling warm and sweetly elevated high on this divine love and connection.

Feeling blessed.

Visualise the divine flower laid on your heart.

See it melting into you like water,

Emitting colours and energy seeping through your skin.

This pureness cursing through your blood.

Your breath.

Making you higher.

Purifying.

Through your breath you can almost smell the sweetness.

Your face is glowing.

Mother Mary slowly moving away in the distance.

The echo of your heart beating in the same rhythm remains,

Leaving you in bliss and full harmony.

Feel your heartbeat.

Trace your breath.

You may choose to stay here a little longer to explore what you have received.

If you wish to come out,

Feel the breath expand through your chest and belly.

Slowly drawing your awareness back into your body.

Feel the connection between yourself and the earth.

Connection with time and the space you are in.

Feel any physical sensations present.

Take a fuller breath in,

Holding just for a moment.

Now softly sigh it out.

And when you feel ready,

Open your beautiful eyes.
