7 Chakra Healing Guided Meditation, Aura Cleanse With Reiki

Quick, warming seven chakra healing guided meditation. Body and aura cleanse by invoking your own Reiki energy and using it for complete self-healing. Can be used daily to maintain perfect health and positive energy field.

This is Rasal Kishutne.

Welcome to your meditation.

This guided meditation is for invoking reiki energy for self-healing in which I will guide you to connect with your own reiki energy.

Feel your body,

Mind and soul as well as glance and open the 7 main energy centers of your body,

The root,

Sacral,

Solar plexus,

Heart,

Throat,

Third eye and crown chakras.

To begin this practice,

You may smudge the room you are in if you wish with Palo Santo or Sage.

And when you are ready,

Sit nice and tall with your back straight on a pillow or folded blanket and close your sweet eyes.

Repeat your hands by imagining washing them and rubbing them together 9 times.

Relax your hands on your knees with your palms facing the sky and begin to breathe deeply into your belly.

Let the air travel down to your abdominal wall and continue to breathe like this for the duration of this practice.

Take your chin into your chest,

Lengthen your spine and open your chest each time you inhale.

As you exhale,

Let all the pressure come out of your body and mind.

Now we begin the reiki practice together.

Try not to think about anything and if thoughts do come into your mind,

Just return to your breathing.

Visualize that you sit on a wide open lotus flower floating up in the sky,

Far away from your home,

Far away from Mother Earth,

In the centre of the spiritual universe.

Just stay here on your lotus flower and imagine how enormous sun is in front of you.

The sun is way bigger than our sun.

It is the source,

The energy of the Creator which is in all living beings.

Visualize how a bright light begins to shine in the centre of your chest representing your soul.

Imagine how the light from your chest travels up to your throat and forehead,

Then comes out through the top of your head,

Travelling into the light of the source which is in front of you.

Breathe in and out a few times and visualize how the light from your chest comes out from the Creator's light travelling back into your body through the top of your head.

Repeat after me in your mind,

I connect with the Reiki healing light.

Now you are connected with the Reiki healing energy.

Breathe in and out,

Letting your whole being relax on this pure lotus flower.

You are safe and protected here.

You are whole and complete.

Now visualize how a rain of golden light begins to fall on your body and into your body.

This rain of golden light travels into the crown of your head.

On your neck,

Filling up your chest,

Then your arms.

Now this healing light will come out through your palms.

Place your hands in front of your groin area with the intention to open,

Heal and cleanse your root chakra for more stability,

Groundedness and protection.

Stay here for a few moments and let the light come out from your hands into your root chakra.

If you wish,

You can visualize how this chakra opens like a ruby red light at the base of your spine.

Stay here and continue to breathe in and out,

Imagining how the healing light from your hands cleanses,

Heals and opens the sacred energy centre of your body.

Now place your hands above your pubic bone where your sacral chakra is located.

Imagine how an orange light begins to shine here as the healing light from your hands begins to cleanse,

Open and heal this energy centre for more creativity,

Passion and emotional stability.

Breathe in and out,

Placing your hands on your upper abdomen where your solar plexus chakra is located.

Imagine how the reiki light from your hands opens,

Cleanses and heals your centre of willpower,

Confidence and drive,

Visualising it like a fireball.

Now place your hands on your heart space and imagine how green light begins to shine here.

Then cleanse and balance your heart chakra,

The centre of love,

Compassion and forgiveness.

Breathe in and out,

Placing your hands on your neck and throat area.

You hear how the reiki light from your hands opens,

Cleanses and balances your throat chakra,

Your centre of communication in a truth and emotional health.

Is it opening like a baby blue light in the centre of your neck?

Now place your hands on your forehead and imagine how the reiki light from your hands opens your third eye chakra,

The centre of intuition,

Inner voice and enlightenment.

Is it like an indigo light beginning to shine?

You can look with your eyes closed to the centre of your eyebrows for a more powerful experience.

Now stop looking at the centre of your eyebrows,

Breathe in and out slowly and place your hands at the top of your head where your crown chakra is located.

Imagine it like a violet or white light beginning to shine.

This centre is your connection with the divine.

It is all about transformation,

Giving you the sense that you are an infinite soul in a human body.

Place your hands on your knees with your palms facing upwards and continue to breathe naturally.

Visualise the reign of golden light falling on your body and inside of your body with the intention to cleanse your aura and the inside of your body from all of the blockages,

Negative energies and fears.

Stay here and ask the reiki light to cleanse your body,

Mind,

Heart and aura from all the things that are no longer good for your evolution.

See how you are radiating golden light all around and inside your body.

Let's conclude this healing practice by thanking the reiki light for helping you today.

Place your hands in a prayer position at your heart space and imagine how you float with your lotus flower back home in your room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Touch your body and notice how you feel.

Smile and open your eyes.

Stay here for a few moments to let the energies sink into your whole being.

Place your hands down and be grateful for this practice,

Your life and your healthy body.
