My dear companion meditators, sometimes, I have trouble focusing on what is important and takes me time to get to places, objectives... Recently I woke up at 5 a.m. and felt like recording a powerful meditation, it was flowing and felt right. To focus on the day and remind ourselves that we are perfectly capable of achieving want we set out to achieve. With a base of science, gratitude and goodwill I leave this guided meditation for us to start every morning the best way.

Good morning and congratulations.

You're about to start another beautiful day.

Allow yourself just to be here,

To have your own world,

Your own space.

Gently,

Slowly close your eyes.

Make yourself comfortable,

Whether you sit on a chair,

Cushion or in the comfort of the bed.

If you're in a chair,

Make sure your feet stand firm on the ground.

Lift the weight away from your waist.

Hands forward and shoulders back.

Make sure your spine is aligned.

The chin in line with your feet,

Slightly pointing down towards your chest.

And the palms of your hands facing up.

Mentally check up your body.

You should be relatively comfortable and at the same time with a good healthy straight posture.

If you feel the muscles from your back,

Maybe you're feeling slightly uncomfortable.

Think that you're actually working out those muscles right now.

As we are not used to having a straight back,

Most of the time seated at the car,

The gym,

The office,

Bending our backs.

So gradually keeping your back straight is becoming stronger.

We take another deep breath.

The oxygen molecules and the air we breathe attached to the red cells and are transported around the body to be used.

Reaching all the organs in the whole body,

Nurturing them and making us feel better.

While breathing in,

We count up to five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

You can do a finger count if you want while observing your breathing.

A count of five breathing out.

Inspire through the nose and inspire through the nose preferably.

If you're not used to it,

Gradually make it your first choice.

Add your own rhythm and soon you will get used to it.

By inspiring through the nose,

We release chemicals that help us regulate blood pressure,

The heart rate and much,

Much more.

You will benefit in many ways.

Keep breathing using these techniques at your own rhythm.

Now imagine yourself in front of a mirror.

You are happy,

Smiling at yourself.

You like the way you feel.

Just feel it.

Enjoy it.

Be proud.

Allow the smile of satisfaction to run from one ear to the other.

Now still in front of the mirror,

Repeat to yourself.

I am good enough,

And you can finish the sentence with something like,

I am good enough to run my business successfully.

I am good enough to start selling my products.

I am good enough to start enjoying more quality time with my kids,

With my family and make my life easier for those around me.

Take a deep breath and now add your own intention.

I am good enough.

I am good enough.

Continue tracking your breathing.

Your mind might wander and take you to another places.

You have the choice to be taken or to come back to your center.

Now is the time to be grateful.

Can you think of at least three reasons why you are grateful right now?

This could be for having the family you have,

Your partner,

The job you have or the job you are creating yourself,

For your mom,

Your dad,

Your siblings.

They might not be with us anymore,

But that is no reason why we shouldn't be grateful and have them in our memories.

Take your time to ease your mind by giving heartful thanks now.

I am thankful for.

.

.

By being grateful and expressing it,

We are aligning the mind and the heart.

Being thankful for what you already have is the must and the best way forward.

We can make the most of life when we are grateful,

Thankful for what we already have.

Remember that you can be the cause and not the effect.

You can be the cause.

You have the right and the power to achieve what you want and that it is in your hand.

You decide.

You can have the commitment to yourself to be the best you can be and everyone around you will benefit or for better you.

Have a wonderful,

Loving and productive day.

Namaste.

Open your eyes and go for your day.

It is your day after all.

Namaste.
