To be with your being,
To sit in the space of pure connection with yourself,
With your higher self and divine creation.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in and breath out.
Deep breath in,
Let the air get into your entire being and breath out.
Deep breath in and out.
Imagine yourself coming back to center.
Letting everything else fall away.
It's coming back to your core,
To your heart,
To your body,
To expansiveness.
Notice your breath.
Befriend it.
Notice how you breathe into it and how it breathes into you.
Notice this breath coming in through your nose and going all the way down into your feet.
Imagine it going all the way down into the earth,
Deep into the core of the earth,
Connecting you to the roots.
Imagine yourself deeply grounded in the earth,
With the earth holding you,
Caressing you,
Keeping you warm and safe in this moment,
In this space.
As you breathe in,
Notice the air going through your body,
Out through your feet and into the earth.
And imagine the breath coming back from the earth into your body.
Spend a few moments breathing in into the earth and breathing out from the earth.
And as you breathe in,
Notice the air coming back from the earth into your body.
Notice yourself nourishing the earth with your breath.
And the earth nourishing you with your breath.
Sink into Mother Earth and let her hold you.
Sinking deeper and deeper.
Invite her into you.
Notice your roots coming back into your body as you thank the earth for its blessings,
For its breath,
For its nourishment.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And a deep breath in and out.
And in.
And final one out.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes in gratitude for Mother Earth and for you.
