Welcome to this meditation on love.

Find a quiet space.

Make yourself comfortable.

Make yourself feel relaxed.

Close your eyes.

Let's begin.

Today we're going to get into a deeper understanding of love.

A little deeper than what we've known before.

Take a deep breath in.

And breath out.

Deep breath in.

And breath out.

In.

And out.

Now focus on the point between your ribs.

Right next to your heart.

In the center of your chest.

Just notice that space.

You can place your hand there or a few fingers right there in the center between your breasts.

And above your stomach.

Just notice how that feels.

That point.

Let's take a few deep breaths into that place for a little while.

Take your breaths as if you're breathing in from that space and you're breathing out from that space.

Imagine the air going into there and coming out of there.

And breathe in to that point.

The center of your chest.

And breathe out.

A few more deep breaths into that space.

Now come back to your normal breath.

Notice how your chest feels.

Notice how your heart feels.

Notice how your breasts feel.

Take a few more normal breaths.

Now imagine that there is a beautiful sun a meter away from you,

In front of you.

And the sun is full of energy,

Full of light,

Full of love.

The love that's universal love that we don't understand yet.

We barely understand.

Now with every breath that you take,

Draw in that universal love from the sun to the point in the middle of your chest.

And as you breathe out,

Send that universal love throughout your body.

So breathe in,

Draw that universal love from the sun in front of you.

And breathe out,

Send it all over your body in all directions.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Send it all.

Keep doing that for a few moments.

Breathe in all the energy,

All the love from the sun into the middle of your chest.

And breathe it out into your body,

Into your whole being.

Imagine yourself feeling the warmth of the sun as you do it.

The brightness of the sun's light.

The all-encompassing presence all around you.

Now go back to your normal breath.

Put your hand on your heart.

Bow your head.

And thank the sun for taking you deeper into unconditional love.

Take a deep breath in.

Breathe out.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Breathe in.

And out.

Thank the sun.

Thank yourself.

Thank your whole body for being present in love with love.

And in this space.

Keep your hands cooked together.

Place them over your eyes.

And you can open them when you feel ready.
