Welcome to today's meditation.
Today we are actually going to meditate with two angels.
Their names are Barkiel and Ramiel,
Which mean lightning and thunder.
They are going to help us to connect with our own intuition,
With prophecy,
And also with speaking our voice,
Telling our truth,
And becoming present in our lives.
So let's begin.
Please sit with your feet on the ground,
Uncross your arms,
Lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision and close them,
And take a deep breath in and out.
Start relaxing all the muscles in your body.
Relax your forehead.
Relax your face muscles,
Your forehead and your eyes,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw.
All relaxed.
Relax your neck and your shoulders.
Relax your arm all the way down to your fingertips.
Relax your chest and your back.
Relax your abdomen area.
Relax your hips,
Your thighs and your knees,
Your calves.
All the way down to the tip of your fingers,
Tip of your toes.
And imagine that your feet have roots that go down into the ground.
And these roots are now going down and down,
Deeper and deeper into the ground,
Until they reach the core of the earth.
And they are deeply grounding you and connecting you to the earth.
And as you're breathing in,
Imagine white light coming from the core of the earth,
Climbing through the roots and through your body,
All the way up to the top of your head.
And breathe out,
Share this light with everyone you know and love.
And again breathe in,
See white light coming from the core of the earth,
Going up through the roots,
Through your legs,
All the way up to the top of your head.
And breathe out,
Share this light with the entire world.
And again breathe in,
See white light coming from the core of the earth,
Going up through the roots,
Through your body,
All the way up to the top of your head.
And breathe out,
See this light filling the entire universe.
And you're feeling this bright white light inside of you and all around you.
And I want you to see yourself now,
Anywhere you want,
In a place in which you feel very safe and very comfortable.
It can be in nature,
It can be at home,
It can be a place in which you felt very relaxed.
You are with yourself,
Within yourself.
It's very quiet,
It's very calm.
And at a distance you are now hearing a loud voice,
The voice of a thunder.
And you see bright light,
Like lightning through the dark sky.
And you're getting up,
And you're stepping outside of this place.
And you're feeling that there's a lot of power in what you hear and what you see.
It's calling you to come out.
It may look or sound like a storm,
And it may be a little bit scary to be outside.
But there's no reason to be afraid.
You're very safe.
There is a calling for you to come out,
To be present in what is happening all around you.
And with the thunder and the lightning,
You also see now two angels,
Barkiel,
The angel of lightning,
And Ra'amiel,
The angel of thunder.
They're coming towards you.
These two powerful angels are helping you to see that there are a lot of messages,
Prophecy,
Intuition,
Different ideas that are coming to you.
And they want you to feel safe and confident in voicing what you're hearing and what you see.
It is important for you to be out there in the world and share these messages,
Share your understandings,
Share what you've learned,
Shared what you understood in your spiritual path.
The world needs your voice.
The world needs you to be exactly who you are,
Not to be afraid to express yourself,
Not to be afraid to voice what you have to say.
The spiritual understandings,
The spiritual path was always meant to be shared with others.
Throughout your life,
You may have had people telling you to be quiet.
You may have had experiences that taught you not to say what you think.
But now it's time for you to step out.
Allow your voice to be heard.
Allow your understandings to be shared.
These two angels are showing you your own power,
The impact that you have over other people's lives.
How much good you can bring to this world,
How much love and care you have inside of you.
You matter and you can impact so many people.
Take a few moments right now with this opening of prophecy to just get messages from these angels,
From the universe.
Balqiel who represents the lightning may give you messages through your vision and Ramiel who represents the thunder may give you messages through hearing.
Just take a few moments and connect to your own intuition.

You can start walking back into your space.
Back into your body.
Feeling more connected to your true voice,
To your own intuition,
To your own power.
