So together with angel Hasdiel we are going to connect to this energy in our lives.
So please put your feet on the ground and uncross your arms and lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision and close them and take a deep cleansing breath in and out and another deep breath in and out.
Let go of all your thoughts all your fears and worries.
For this next few moments in time follow my voice and let everything else go and keep breathing start to relax your entire body from the top of your head.
