In this breathing practice, you will be led throught 3 rounds of 30 deep breaths. Each round, you will progress from a 1-minute breath-hold to 2 minutes of retention. This practice will give you the opportunity to work on your willpower and tap into parts of the brain. You will bring your blood to an alkaline state and find a place of peace and presence.
