When we are stressed, our bodies and minds cannot rest and heal. She is passionate about the practices of UZIT (Urban Zen Integrative Therapy), Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Restorative Yoga. Jessica Miller is a 500 RYT that got her certification with Yogaworks, She also has 500+ hours of training in UZIT. She has been teaching for 12 years and she works with patients through the UCLA medical system.
