Originally recorded for a 9-year-old client to help soothe his anxiety, this meditation would be useful for anyone experiencing stress or fear. I don't recommend this one as a sleep-aid necessarily but it's certainly calming and sweet. If you happen to drift off, allow yourself to go there. Use daily, and at the same time of day to help regulate your nervous system.
