This is going to be a short video,

Hopefully.

I just want to tell you something Abraham said to me,

Which was to use everything to evolve,

Use everything.

So that includes things within oneself one might not want to have,

Say,

You know,

Anger.

He would say,

Use it towards evolution.

He wouldn't mean necessarily yelling at somebody.

But he would talk about using it.

I remember one time I had a,

You know,

I was driving a Whistler and I had a small problem with my car.

So I took it in.

When I,

At a Squamish gas station,

When I came out,

It was idling too fast.

So you know,

It was scary going down the mountain.

So when I got back to Vancouver,

I took it in to get fixed and stopped the cheque.

There were cheques in those days.

Stopped the cheque to the Squamish people and then sent a new cheque of minus the cost of the repair that I did.

I hope this is understandable.

And you know,

The joke is,

You know,

This is like nearly 50 years ago.

I really hate to say it,

But the repair cost $1 because it was some belt of some kind.

But the Squamish gas station took me to small claims court.

And I explained the situation.

But the judge,

You know,

Asked me who took care of the repairs of my car usually.

And I said my dad.

And I think he picked me as a rich girl because he found for the service station.

I smiled at him and that really annoyed him.

So it was unfair.

So I felt it was unfair.

So I wrote an article for the Sun newspaper about it and made $150 at the time.

It was published.

But the thing was,

The reason I wrote the article was I was so angry about this happening that I couldn't stand it.

I had to do something.

And I felt that if I didn't do something,

It would be I would I would be smaller and more self-pitying and more hopeless my whole life that I had to take an action.

So I did.

And that was accelerating for me.

I felt more empowered.

I felt clear.

I felt happier.

And I was validated by it being published.

So it's like that using anger that way.

Or you know,

In other ways,

Like,

You know,

If you if you see yourself repeating a pattern,

Repeating some behavior,

That you keep doing it and doing it,

Doing it,

Getting really angry,

Not at your your dear heart,

But you can get angry at the habit that you've got that makes you keep repeating it.

If you get really,

Really angry at the habit,

You will that will help reduce the power of the habit.

It's what you know,

Use everything.

You know,

I notice sometimes people and it may be especially women,

But I guys do it too.

They they have feelings or emotions and they judge them as bad.

And you know,

Lots of times the the feelings that we have that we don't like are are just the feelings of a sad child who didn't feel heard as a little one or,

You know,

Didn't feel seen.

So,

You know,

If we judge our feelings and emotions too much,

We're judging the little one that we were.

Do you understand?

We have to like embrace them,

Embrace our emotions,

Embrace ourselves,

Embrace our experience.

And you know,

Use them like use the anger in healthy ways or,

You know,

The sadness,

You know,

Feel the sadness.

You know,

Try not to see if you can feel just the sorrow.

You know,

Notice if you're if you're feeling crying out of resentment or self pity,

Those won't be as helpful as as crying in real sorrow at how disconnected you feel from your true nature or even how like trapped you feel.

Anyway,

You know,

I noticed that some of the people I work with,

They they judge themselves and I keep telling them,

They can't really,

You know,

Seekers can't really tell where they are in the journey.

They can't really do that for themselves.

They give yourself the benefit of the doubt and that,

You know,

If you find someone wise,

Then listen and let the wise person love you.

Yeah,

Because really that's that's what really helps is is being like Amma,

The hugging saint with them.

You know,

She she loved me in the truth.

She's very patient with my very big ego in my my blind spots.

She's very patient,

You know,

And just the love,

The love,

Just feeling loved by her and experience her love and forgiveness and compassion.

Healed me and,

You know,

Maybe even you can get it from me or the videos,

You know,

Because it comes through the air.

It comes beyond my skin.

Bless your hearts.

Yeah,

Bless your hearts.

Remember,

You really love the universe really,

Really loves you.
