Relax into a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Settling into your space and body.
Take a deep breath and let it go.
As you breathe in again,
Stretch your body with your breath.
Create some space to let go of any tension or worry.
Keep breathing deeply.
Finding stillness through the movement of air in and out.
Follow the breath into every cell of your body,
Connecting you to all that you are and all the wisdom you hold within.
Tune into your body and the knowing which it holds.
Who you are,
Where you are,
Why you do what you do,
It's all there.
Allow it to emerge into your awareness.
Recognise the truth of you.
In this truth,
What is open to you?
Where do you have all you need to make your move?
What is your next leap?
Let it come to you.
Relax into it.
Accept it.
There is no need to understand it,
Only to recognise that it is there.
Take a deep breath.
Fill your lungs.
Give yourself the gift of expansion.
