You are standing in a pool,
In the centre of a waterfall that arcs full circle around you and it's high.
And the water is falling all around you.
How is it falling?
What sounds can you hear?
Notice how you feel and how you want to respond and allow yourself to move into this experience gently.
Place a hand onto the surface of the water,
Feeling the coolness and the calmness within it.
Gently allow your hand to move below the surface.
Take your other hand and touch the surface before taking it to below.
Slowly and gently move your whole body down into the water and slip below the surface.
It is cool,
It is blue and there is freedom within the water.
You have total freedom of movement,
A choice of where to go.
There are no limits,
There are no directions to follow.
You are free.
It is quiet in the water.
There is stillness within.
You feel at peace.
Allow the sensations and emotions to anchor into your body so you can bring the energy back into your day and experience life through this lens.
