Bubble Guided Meditation To Calm The Mind
This is a visualization exercise where you imagine each thought as a bubble that floats away, allowing you to relax and clear your mind. Remember to always go at your own pace during the meditation and it's ok if your mind wanders. The most important part is to keep bringing your attention back kindly and gently. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes, let your body relax, and feel the support beneath you.
