In this meditation, I invite you to connect with your inner mentor and your innate wisdom. Through coaching questions, you will receive information and insight, and also forgive what probably feels difficult to forgive. Allow yourself to be liberated and maybe call in new energies into your life.

In this meditation,

I would like to invite you to meet your inner mentor,

Your wisdom.

Find your comfortable seat,

Lengthen your spine,

Relax your shoulders,

Close your eyes.

To settle in,

I invite you to take a deep breath in and a long breath out of your mouth.

You can sigh out,

Letting the energy go.

Do this 2 more times.

Breathing deeply in,

Lengthening,

Exhaling out.

One more.

Breathing deeply in,

Exhaling long out.

Now connect with your natural breath.

If it's possible,

Just breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the nose.

Bring the focus to the exhalation,

Which allows us to relax deeper,

To settle in deeper.

Maybe bringing the awareness to your heart space and feeling your heart relaxing with each exhalation.

Feeling your heart space softening with each exhalation.

Connecting deeper.

Breathing deeply in and out.

To connect deeper with the whole body,

I invite you to a body scan.

We will start at the crown of the head and scan slowly down.

You can also imagine bringing the energy down to the earth,

Releasing what is not serving,

Releasing what is contracting.

Having the awareness on the crown of your head,

Slowly slide down,

Releasing tension from the brain,

From behind your ears,

From in between your eyes,

From the face.

Scanning down through the neck and the throat.

Scanning into the shoulders,

Releasing tension.

Scanning through the upper back and the upper chest,

Releasing.

Scanning down through the belly and the lower back,

Into the pelvic floor,

Releasing,

Into the hips,

Releasing.

Scanning further down through your legs,

Knees,

Feet.

Feeling a sense of being grounded now,

Having roots connected to the earth and releasing into the earth what is not serving you.

Now while you are rooted and grounded,

Having a sense of stability and safety,

I invite you to allow your imagination to call forth the energy of your wisdom,

The wisdom that is like your mentor,

That has been guiding you through your whole life.

While you imagine you have this energy coming up,

Trust that energy.

Trust that this energy exists.

There has been a loving,

Guiding energy always.

This energy has directed you to this very moment.

Allow yourself to summon that energy and ask it to come forward in this moment,

To show it to you.

Be open and curious.

There is no right or wrong.

It could be an energy.

It could be a color.

It could be a light that appears as your wisdom.

It could show up as an element like fire,

Water,

Wind,

Or earth.

Allowing yourself to receive this energy as a reflection of your wisdom and power.

Accept it as it appears.

Allow yourself to be open without wanting to make sense of it.

Just allow.

Now when you see your energy,

You could ask for its name.

Connect to this wisdom,

Your mentor.

Let's use this wisdom and mentor to forgive.

Let your mentor know about the person or a situation that you would like to forgive.

Or maybe there is a healing that you desire.

Ask your mentor in this moment about guidance,

Receiving information about the situation.

Allow yourself to take a few minutes to be in that space with your mentor.

Breathing and relaxing.

Just being in this moment with your wisdom,

Your mentor.

What is it that you need right now?

What is the path that lies ahead of you?

What is it you need to let go of?

What is it you need to welcome in your life?

Breathing and being with the energy.

Allowing yourself to receive information.

Allowing to let arise what wants to arise.

Never let go of trying,

To forging,

To making sense of it.

Listen carefully as you would listen to a wise teacher.

Now that your mentor is communicating to you,

Allow yourself to formulate a vision of what your life could be like.

What would you like to manifest?

What could be possible for you?

And ask yourself,

Am I ready?

Am I willing to have this new vision to unfold?

If you struggle,

You can ask your mentor for the strength.

You ask for the help you need.

And just listen.

Receive images.

When it seems complete,

Thank your mentor for showing up.

And ask it to tell you the easiest,

Surest method for reconnecting with it again.

Bringing into awareness that you can call another meeting with your mentor at any time you feel the need,

At any time you would like to receive guidance,

Mentoring.

Tapping back into your heart space and trusting this energy.

I trust my wisdom.

I trust my mentor.

I trust my vision.

I'm safe.

Tapping back into your roots,

Grounding cords,

The connection to the earth,

Feeling safe.

Say goodbye to your mentor now.

Feel the gratitude for everything,

What you have received.

Allow yourself slowly now to coming back with a conscious moment.

Start breathing deeper.

Maybe let the energy from the earth now arising into your feet,

Up into your body,

An uprising energy that brings you back into this present moment.

Wiggling your toes,

Your fingers,

Maybe take your hands,

Touch your feet,

Your hair,

Your shoulders.

Massage your body,

Your thighs,

Your arms.

Feeling back in your body.

Feeling back in this present moment.

Take another deep breath in and exhale,

Recharge each cell of your body.

Breathing deeply in.

Exhale,

Recharge.

And one more deep breath in.

Exhale,

Being ready to open your eyes and being back in this present moment.
