Wherever you are,
Feel the body,
Feel your breath and connect with your body through the breath.
Feel this present now,
This present moment.
Feel how you're sitting,
Where you are sitting.
Feel your spine straight,
Your shoulders relaxed,
Your facial muscles relaxed.
Allowing yourself to connect with this moment in time that only exists now.
Bring the awareness to the breath,
Feeling deeper and deeper into the breath.
For this moment,
There is just the breath,
An in-breath,
An out-breath.
I'm breathing in,
I'm breathing out.
I'm present in this moment.
I'm breathing in,
I'm breathing out.
I'm breathing out,
Feeling the breath in the chest,
The chest rising,
The chest opening.
Feeling the inhalation creating space inside.
Being aware of this connection to the breath,
The quality to the breath in this moment.
If there's nervousness in the breath,
Observe it,
Let it calm down.
If there's agitation in the breath,
Observe it,
Let it calm down.
If there's impatience in the breath,
Acknowledge it,
Let it calm down.
I'm here right now.
Just allow yourself to scan the whole body from the crown,
Scanning down through the face,
Already observing the energies.
Scanning through the shoulders,
Down the arms and the torso,
Into the belly and the lower back,
Into the hips.
Scanning down through the legs,
Into the knees,
Lower legs,
Ankles,
Feet,
Toes.
Being aware of the energy.
Now become aware of the energy around you,
On the right side of your body,
On the left side of your body.
The energy in front of you,
The energy behind you.
Just being aware of the energy right now,
Without judging,
Without interpretation.
Just being aware.
Now I invite you to take a glimpse of your life,
Of your body,
From the observer position.
Being a bit higher above of yourself and looking down,
Birds-eye view.
Just looking down at your body,
At your life,
Observing,
Without judgment,
Without interpretation,
Pure neutral observation.
Now bring compassion into the observation,
Having compassionate awareness for yourself,
On your life.
Observing with compassionate awareness,
The energy is shifting.
And still from the observer perspective,
Send love and light to yourself,
To the situation where you are right now.
And feel if energy is shifting.
Observing yourself and your life with compassionate awareness.
Now looking from the outside still and imagining connections to other people,
Other places,
To objects.
Visualize the cords that are there and see which is the cord,
Which is strong,
Dominant.
For this moment just look at it,
Observe it with compassionate awareness.
Maybe you see a very strong cord going back to a past workspace,
To a past relationship,
To a past place where you lived.
Observe the cord and be aware what the feeling is like when you see this cord.
Is this cord,
This bond serving?
Does this cord make sense?
Why is this cord and this bond still there?
For this moment just observe,
Looking at the different bonds and cords.
What are the connections like?
What's the quality?
What's the sense of keeping these cords,
Bonds,
Connections?
And by just observing it,
What would it feel like if you could let go?
What would it feel like inside?
Peaceful,
Free,
Liberated,
Expansive.
What would it feel like if I let go of the cords?
And without doing anything,
Just feel.
What would it feel like releasing cords,
Cutting cords,
Releasing emotional bonds?
What would it feel like?
Feel into this feeling.
Feel deeper,
To have clarity.
What would it take to release,
To cut the cords?
Do I need permission of someone to release the cords?
Still observing with compassionate awareness.
Feeling deep love for yourself,
For holding on to these cords until now.
Feeling deep love for yourself.
Now come back deep into your heart space.
Feel inside.
What does it take to release the cords?
To release emotional bonds?
Again tap into this deep,
Strong cord that you saw.
Through past relationship,
Past work space,
Past place where you live.
What would it feel like to cut these cords?
Feel into your heart space if you are ready to release,
To change,
To come closer to yourself.
Who am I without these cords?
Feel deeper into your heart space.
Feeling deeply when you are ready.
Before you really let go of the emotional bonds,
Before you cut the cords.
Again feel compassion for yourself,
Love and understanding.
For having hold on to these cords long enough.
Really feel into your heart space,
Into the areas where the cords are connected to.
Feel into it being ready to release,
To cut,
To let go of with love and with gratitude.
Sending love and gratitude to the past places,
To past work space,
To past relationships.
Already feeling that you have all your soul fragments with you.
Nothing will get lost from your soul when you let go of the bonds and cords.
And whenever you are ready,
Feel in your heart space.
I am ready to cut the cords.
I am ready to release emotional bonds.
I am ready to release the symbols.
I am ready to release names,
Contracts,
Vows.
And what best feels for you?
Visualize the cutting,
Either just letting go,
Either using a knife,
Using water rinsing over your body,
Washing off the energies.
I am ready to let go.
I am ready to release.
I am whole and complete.

Still visualizing the process of cutting and releasing.
Whatever image feels best for you.
Maybe you need to burn something.
Using the elements is a great tool.
The fire,
Feeling the wind blowing it off,
Feeling water rinsing it off.
Let the elements come and help you.
Let your guides come and help you.
Bringing in feeling safe.
I am whole and complete.
Having the awareness of the body and the energy that has shifted.
I invite you to bring your hands to your heart space.
Feeling your heart space cleansed,
Released,
Free,
In peace.
Proud of letting it go.
I invite you to visualize the connection from your heart space up through the throat,
To your third eye,
To the crown and feeling the crown opening up.
And connecting with your higher self.
Feeling the strength in your higher self.
The pure light.
Your pure energy.
Now you can visualize this pure energy in the form of a golden sunlight.
Deeply connected to your higher self.
Your pure energy.
Now let this golden sun come down through the crown into your heart space.
Let this light go to the areas where you felt the cords.
Filling up the areas now with your own space,
Your own light.
Feeling healing in these areas.
Feeling clarity.
Feeling pure connection to yourself.
Feeling yourself recharging.
Reconnecting to your higher self.
Again bringing in the gratitude for this process.
Gratitude for the learning lessons that you received through the cords and bonds.
You keep the lessons without the cords,
Without the bonds.
No need to reconnect.
You learned the lesson.
It is done.
It is finished.
Now again tap into the heart space and feel the expansion for something new.
Having space for something new.
I receive something new.
I allow myself to receive something new.
Healthy and loving.
I am whole and complete.
I know what it feels like to move on.
I have the permission to move on.
