A 10 minute guided meditation for developing focus. My name is Peter Jones, and I'll be your guide in this potent practice. Grab a comfortable seat and we'll jump right in. It will help if you can gaze at a candle, running water, or trees blowing in the wind, as we will start with our eyes open and resting our focus on some gentle motion. Mid-way through, we will close our eyes and try to recreate the motion with our mind's eye. This is a gentle and loving way to increase your ability to hold focus.
