It's time for a heart to heart. My name is Peter Jones, and I'll be your guide as we breath in a regular rhythm, cultivate compassion, and heal our bodies with that high vibration information. Our hearts emit a vibration within our bodies that can carry coherent information, a frequency that aligns our organs and heals our bodies. By training your body to go into heart coherence, it becomes it's preferred state and will automatically return to it often. This experience feels like a blossoming of the heart, a burst of love and gratitude for the world around you, a "love attack" rather than a panic attack. Sitting comfortably,

Close your eyes.

I want you to find a rhythm in this music.

And as you're breathing,

Bring the regularity of your breath into alignment with this rhythm.

A rhythmic breath supported by the music.

And a regular inhale,

Laxed,

And rhythmic exhale.

Continue to breathe in this pattern as you think.

What makes you happy?

What thought brings a smile to your face and warms your heart?

Passionate joy.

Let this joyous thought come to mind as you continue to breathe regularly and exhaling into relaxation.

And now,

Feel compassion building inside of you for just a moment.

Be reminded of another suffering but being replaced by hope and eventually celebration.

This is the feeling of compassion.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feeling compassion within your heart.

Compassion for the world.

Compassion for your country.

Compassion for your community.

Compassion for your family.

Compassion for yourself.

Holding onto hope,

Even in the presence of suffering.

Relaxed and aware of your steady breathing.

Sitting comfortably.

Bring your awareness back to this moment.

Letting your eyes flutter open when you're ready.
