Welcome to this guided meditation.
Take a deep breath in as you exhale.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Take a second deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Take a third deep and exhale slowly.
As you exhale,
Release any stress or tension.
Take a moment to check in with your body.
Space it in your spine through the soles of your feet.
Try to release any tension relaxing your facial muscles,
Your shoulders,
And any other space you may feel tension.
Take a moment to take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Take a moment to take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Take a moment to take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Take a moment to take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Take a moment to take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Take a moment to take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Take a moment to take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Take a moment to take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm and just start to observe the natural rise and fall of your body as you inhale and exhale.
Continue to take both hands to the space at the center of your chest where your heart center is located and repeat after me,
Is going on in your life right now.
Wherever you are at right now,
Take this moment to just be with whatever thoughts,
Feelings and sensations arise without judgment.
Again,
Repeat after me,
I am.
Take your awareness to the top of your head and extend that awareness up above you and start to visualize a warm energy source above your head.
This might be a golden or white light with light coming down.
Visualize this light coming into your head,
Into your neck and shoulders.
Allow the light to enter your hands and your back.
Feel the light coming down into your hips,
Flowing down your and into your feet.
Become aware of your whole body as a source of light and start to awaken the sensation of lightness throughout your whole body.
Hearts of your body touching the ground beneath you,
Your lower back and perhaps the soles of your feet.
Your eyes connecting with the earth,
Your roots and grounding you to send your awareness all the way down through the center of the earth now and start to visualize a new light source.
Allow this light from the center of the earth to flow all the way up into the soles of your feet,
Legs,
Your hips.
Allow this grounding light to flow into your torso,
Your hands and arms.
Let this light now flow up your back and into your shoulders,
Your neck and your head.
Feel your whole body as a source of radiant glowing light.
And now extend this light around you to form a protective aura surrounding your body like a cocoon,
A protective glowing light.
Repeat after me,
I am enough.
If there's anything right now that's not serving you,
Visualize whatever it is leaving your body as a gray smoke.
Allow the protective aura of light surrounding you to transform this gray energy back into brilliant glowing light.
See everything as being in a constant state of flow and change.
Now allow yourself to sit in your cocoon of light without judging yourself.
No labels,
No judgment.
Allow yourself to be with whatever arises.
Now repeat after me,
I am enough.
Become aware again of the natural rise and fall of your body as you inhale and exhale.
Feel your whole body in the space it's in from the top of your head to your lower back and the soles of your feet.
If you're ever feeling depleted of energy in the future or you are sensing negative energy from others,
Visualize this glowing cocoon of light surrounding and protecting you.
Gently start to bring slow movement back into your body.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
