Welcome to Day 25 Peaceful Pleasure Begin by feeling at home where you are right now.

At home with the sounds and sights around you.

Shift your posture to a comfortable awake position.

And with closed eyes shift your awareness inside to your breath.

Follow the stream of air as you inhale and exhale.

Let your thoughts and feelings fly by in the space of your mind and heart.

Feel the movement of your breath in your body.

Intimate delicate movements of a deep breath that starts all the way from your hips and genitals up through the belly and chest.

Massaging the heart and spine in each inhalation.

Yesterday we explored pain.

Today we explore the other side too.

Pleasure.

Pleasure has a tremendous attraction force.

The hunt for pleasure can drive us to the most crazy and destructive behaviours.

What if you could produce pleasure right now in your body and mind?

What if there is always a subtle pleasure available to you just by relaxing?

So that each tension you release actually creates a little bubble of pleasure.

Each breath is a kind of tiny release.

And even pain can turn into pleasure by experiencing it as an extremely intense sensation.

Instead of resisting it just feeling its essence which is a kind of energy or electricity,

Vibration,

A kind of movement inside your nerves of light.

So focus your experience on your chest,

On the solar plexus.

Soften the breath,

Soften the tissue around the heart and allow yourself to feel pleasure.

Often we have so much shame about pleasure,

So many ideas what we have to do to deserve pleasure.

But there is really such a thing as guilt free pleasure.

A pleasure that comes from just being alive,

Truthful,

Kind.

From a relaxed and focused mind and body.

The pleasure of living with your heart and mind aligned.

This pleasure doesn't come at anyone's cost.

It doesn't destroy or bring addiction.

It only brings wellbeing in the here and now.

So please be pleased and feel pleasure like this whenever you can.

And share it when you share this pleasure with your partner,

Your beloved friend.

You truly make love together.
