Ahoy my friend,

Have you lost yourself in the sea of stress?

Here is the life boy that will carry you home to the shore of calm and peace in your mind.

Maybe something is going too fast for you at the moment.

Thoughts racing,

Heartbeat not slowing down.

Don't worry,

Everything is going to be okay.

It's not going to be exactly like you want or plan,

But it is going to be okay.

Right now you are in a prosperous moment to grow your capability of trust.

Trust in that yes,

Things will be okay in the end.

In fact,

You will likely look back on this experience in some hours or days or weeks and think,

Ah,

It wasn't that bad actually.

When we are in the middle of the raging ocean,

We forget that everywhere around us there are shores we can land on.

Every breath is a shelter for your mind.

So put your hand on a tree or your belly and feel your breath.

Your inhalation and exhalation.

If you go deep enough,

Even in stone,

Even in strong pain,

There's a stillness blow of the drama.

A stillness untouched by all the chaotic thoughts and terrible emotions.

Deep inside the breath,

Your whole experience is revolving around this stillness.

Just like the earth revolves around the sun.

Every breath you are slowing down in your orbit and coming closer to home.

Let's invite a wave of relaxation to your shoulders.

It's all right.

Release the worry.

Release the thinking for a second and sink down.

Feel your feet,

The gigantic earth they rest upon.

The earth holds you.

The earth holds you.

You can relax.

Everything is going to be fine.
