Hi and welcome.

Let's begin.

Step one,

Notice.

Just notice how you feel today.

What is your emotional state?

Are you happy?

Are you calm?

Perhaps a little stressed?

Maybe you're late?

Just check in with yourself and notice how you're doing.

Step two,

Breathe.

Just bring your attention now to your breath.

Place it there gently and just observe the natural rhythm of your in-breath and your out-breath in this moment.

And breathe.

And as you're watching your breath,

We'll begin now to connect it to your heart.

And we do this by imagining your breath moving in and out of your heart so that the rhythm of your heart beats and the rhythm of your breath can begin to weave together,

Creating this deep sense of relaxation and ease for you to drop into.

Beautiful.

Breathe.

And we move to step three,

Activate.

Consider this.

The span of an average life is 4,

000 weeks,

Which doesn't sound like a terribly long time because it's not really.

We have an odd relationship to time in our world.

We love to be busy,

To fill our days with endless things to do.

And we believe that we don't have time to pause,

But we rarely stop to consider the context of the time we actually do have.

For some odd reason,

We think that we don't have time right now,

But that we will have plenty of time in the future.

And this sort of thinking,

Which is common to all of us,

Causes us to be distracted and to put things off.

It can make us waste our time.

But the good news is that you can start to live your time fully in any moment.

Each new breath really is a new beginning.

Every inhale,

You have an opportunity to be here now in your life,

In your time,

And in your possibility.

You have the possibility to be now.

And that is a perfect use of your time,

Being fully here,

Not distracted,

Not procrastinating.

But blessing each moment that you are gifted with,

With your full self,

With all of your warmth,

With all of your light.

Step four,

Beam.

Today is the only day that will be today.

So use it wisely.

Decide that you're going to wish unconditionally and from the deepest part of you,

Unrestricted good for yourself and for everybody that you meet.

Have a beautiful day.

Each breath is a new beginning. Each breath brings us to the current moment of now. Be present and don't put time off because you think you can do it later. ๐Ÿ™

I very much like the reference to โ€œtimeโ€ and how we humans think of it. Itโ€™s so true, we always say, โ€œAhhh, no worries, weโ€™ll just do it later..โ€, but when is LATER? Does later ever come again? To be present. Yes. Often, we are not, and even find ourselves multi-tasking when we are supposed to be relaxing. Guilty as charged ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ! Iโ€™ve gotten better though ๐Ÿ˜ฌ! Thank you once again ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝfor these constant reminders, otherwise known as Peacebeams ๐Ÿ”†.
