Let us begin.
Step one,
Notice.
Just ask yourself how you feel today and observe what comes.
Your emotions,
Your mood.
How does it feel to be in your body today?
Are you holding tension?
Do you have aches and pains?
Or do you feel relaxed and fluid?
Just notice.
Step two,
Breathe.
Now just gently place your attention on your breath and as you continue to breathe normally,
Just observe the rise and fall of your chest,
The sensation of the air moving in and out,
Your own gentle rhythm.
And as you bring your attention to your breath,
Just begin to connect it to your heart.
Imagine that the air is moving in and out through your heart and that the rhythm of your heart and the rhythm of your breath are meeting now,
Greeting each other,
Connecting and inviting ease into your being.
Step three,
Activate.
Sometimes when we look at global events,
We can become discouraged,
Perhaps overwhelmed by how much there seems to do in order to bring about the peaceful and thriving world that we hold in our hearts.
But we believe in the power of small acts to bring about big changes.
And so today,
Instead of focusing on how much there is to do,
We're going to change our focus onto the power of the small things that we do.
And really remember that when they are done regularly and sincerely,
The ripples of change that are created join the other ripples of change.
And eventually,
Great waves are formed.
And that's how we achieve a peaceful world,
Small acts from very big hearts.
And there is nothing so powerful in this world as kindness.
Kindness is our uniquely human gift.
And we're all capable of it.
We have all experienced it at some point in our life.
And we can all give it in whatever situation we are faced with.
You are listening to this because you are wired for kindness.
Because somewhere deep in your being,
You believe that peace is possible.
And there are people like you all over this planet,
Millions and millions of people who are wired for kindness and who believe in peace.
So take a moment now and breathe deeply and feel yourself connecting to all of those people who are just like you,
Shining bright,
Believing in peace,
In love,
In life and in kindness.
Step four,
Beam.
Feel that energy that you have connected to and send it out into the world with a wish of unconditional good for yourself and for every other being on the planet.
And just for a moment,
See the energy move out from you like a beam of light.
