Hello and welcome to the final peace beam in this Begin Bright series.
So let's begin.
Step one,
Notice.
Just check in with yourself and ask yourself how you feel today.
And see what comes back.
How are your emotions?
What is your mood?
What does it feel like to be in your body today?
And just notice.
Step two,
Breathe.
Just gently rest your attention now on your breath,
On your in-breath and your out-breath.
And just begin to tune to that natural rhythm.
To the rise and fall of your chest.
To the spaces between your in-breath and your out-breath.
And for these few moments just let the day go.
And now we'll begin to connect your heartbeat to your breath.
To see your breath moving in and out through your heart.
And feel the meat.
And as that happens just relax.
Drop into that space.
Step three,
Activate.
So we have completed our month of Beginning Bright.
And instead of opting for big changes and grand statements and resolutions we have changed our days and the days of the people we have been with over the last month with our kindness,
Our smiles,
Our gentleness and our awe for the ordinary miracles that we all are.
Every moment is a new beginning.
There is a new beginning in every day.
So from now on make the most important choice that you can make.
When you wake up each morning choose to bless your day because you are alive.
Because you have opened your eyes to another endless possibility that is a day.
Know that there will never be another day that is today.
This is it.
The possibilities,
The opportunities for grace,
For beauty and for kindness and patience that come today will never come again.
Not in exactly the same way.
And let that fill your heart with gratitude.
Step four,
Beam.
You bless the world with your presence,
With your beautiful heart,
With your kindness and with your smile.
You belong here with all of us.
Beaming your light,
Shaping the world with your grace.
May you be blessed today and all the days of your life with unrestricted good,
With kindness,
Patience,
Grace and beauty.
Have a beautiful day.
Thank you.
