Let's begin.
Step one.
Notice.
Just hold the question,
How do I feel today?
Let the answer come.
How is your mood?
Your emotions?
What does it feel like to be in your body today?
And just notice.
Step two.
Breathe.
Move your attention now to your breath and continue to breathe at your normal pace but just notice the breath moving in and out.
And now begin to connect your breath to the rhythm of your heart.
Just see your breath moving in and out through your heart center.
And feel those two parts of you,
Your heartbeat and your breath beat,
Unite in this moment.
And feel yourself drop into their invitation to relax.
Just let your mind go and follow my voice.
Step three.
Activate.
Often when we are in a transition or as a new beginning,
We focus on the areas where we must improve,
Where we must do better,
Try harder.
And there is nothing inherently wrong with that.
Aspiration to perfect self-expression is a very important part of growth.
It's an important part of our life.
But in our quest for self-improvement,
We may overlook the areas in which we are already perfectly expressed.
Those parts of ourselves that are bright,
That shine,
That bring beauty into your life and into the lives of those around you.
So take a moment now and hold this question.
What do I really like about myself?
And just let the answer arrive.
And if your first thought is nothing,
Then I promise you that what everybody else likes about you is your smile.
So hold that.
And for these few moments,
Just let yourself fill with appreciation for these beautiful things about yourself.
Step four.
Beam.
So take that feeling,
That part of you that is bright and lovely and paints the world beautiful.
And today give it room.
Embody it.
Let everybody around you feel that quality from you,
Your unique expression of loveliness and breathe it into the world with a wish for unconditional good.
